Frank's Liquor Visalia

They got all the boozes. and lots of cigars too. They bought it from the original Frank about a decade ago and they are chill. Their selection really is noteworthy, they have bottles that cost over a grand. With limited edition serial numbers and stuff. You don't see that other places. The smoke shop behind them has your fish game situation. It's pretty obvious, not sure why it is still running.

Not a cigar smoker but quite the selection of cigars. Plenty of soft drinks, energy drinks and beer and alcohol. Friendly service. Right on the corner of Murray and Willis.

A little pricey, but the best selection of liquor I’ve seen in Tulare County. They have almost everything. Kind of shocking walking into a place like this and seeing a bottle of $2900 Louis Tres on the shelf. The owner is also helpful and can order anything you want that he doesn’t carry. Huge selection of mini bottles also. The area is a little sketchy, so get in, get your booze and get out! Lol

Charging me for two shots that I asked for then bagging only one and not believe when I let them know!. He claimed to just charge me for one but I saw him grab two.

Sold me a broken bottle then when I returned it the owner was all cracked out in his jacked up Chevy traverse started yelling at me

Yeah I mean this place has been my go two for the past 6 years always no matter what great service from all employees except the fairy man he just plays to much an as a guy it's not a good feeling to be harassed unwanted

Fantastic selection of Bourbons but a little pricey

Good prices on alcohol but customer service, enjoyed every visit, they know their alcohol and makes u feel welcome, like u is family.

The staff is always fun to be around. They joke around with you and make it a pleasure to be there. If your in the area... You should definitely stop in
