Walked in having tube problems and no bicycle tire repair experience. Walked out with confidence that they provided everything I needed and nothing I didn't. 10 minutes of easy work and my now tubeless tires are ready to go! So easy. Thanks guys.
I had my bike in and out for a fast tune-up just to get me by until I purchase something much more updated. The tune up time was under 2 days and I'm totally pleased with the results. The pricing for the tune-up was very reasonable. After the tune up I decided to get my 6 year old son a new bike for himself and couldnt believe the quality, fair pricing, and types of bikes available for even a 6 year old.
Overall needs met. For my entire life, Frankford is the ultimate Bike shop. I just bought a new Giant, and price was reasonable. The Service is friendly and Supremely knowledgeable. Thanks
Great shop with a solid staff. They dialed in my bike perfectly before I came to pick it up. I’m an ex-bike mechanic and mechanical engineer so I can be nit picky with my bikes, and my experience here was flawless. Also they have a nice sized inventory of road bikes, gravel, hybrid, and hardtail mountain. They don’t have much in the full suspension mountain bike category but that makes sense being in ohio.
Excellent service and knowledgeable friendly staff. Joe and Pete owner are very personable and experienced bicycle experts. They advised me on several bicycle modifications and did the work to get my bicycle back on the road. Their prices are fair and reasonable and they warranty their work. The store is very impressive and they do their best to accommodate the customer. The only place I will take my bikes now is Frankford Bicycle in Girard.
NBD. Great service. My brother got my grandson a Giant, talon 1. Beautiful bike with great features for just starting out. Took the NBD pictures. Came home and he was gone for three hours.....lol
I purchased an $11,000 bike online. They said they won't work on it since I did not buy it there. It was simply getting the spokes tightened. As others state, they seem pretty arrogant. Thats fine, tons of other places will take my business. I guess since they did not get to make big bucks off of me via a sale, I'm of no use to them. They claimed they would be liable, haha. So.. if you did not buy your bike from them, save your time, and go elsewhere.
I had a great experience there... Very helpful!!! Will shop there again...
