His clients are investors, business executives and managers, technical and professional individuals. This broad experience has allowed him to develop substantial expertise in all aspects of the immigration practice.
SERVICES
Mr. Blanco evaluates, prepares and files applications and petitions for temporary (nonimmigrant) and permanent (immigrant) employment in the United States as well as all family-related immigrant petitions, citizenship and naturalization matters.
FEE STRUCTURE
Mr. Blanco's fee structure, as is the common practice in the immigration specialty, is one of flat fees (as opposed to hourly charges) for specific matters. Fees are fixed based on the specific visa classification sought. The fees reflect the complexity of individual matters as well as the projected volume of matters he would be requested to process. Mr. Blanco was raised in New York City and was admitted to the bars of New York and New Jersey in 1982 (Not admitted in Florida).

Brooklyn Law School (J.D., cum laude, 1981).
