If there was a below Zero rating, this court definitely deserves. There is no judicial impartiality in this court. Judge Bill Sperlazza is basically a prosecutor in a robe. ‘Good Ole-Boy’ system is prevalent, pro se litigants are subjected to threats of armed law enforcement, they’ll look at you as if you are crazy or violent individual if you are a black man. I do plan to file complaint against Judge Bill Sperlazza with ethics committee. He basically decided to adjudicate my civil case based on irrelevant cases that occurred while he was working at City Attorney office last year. Cases that had nothing to do with my civil case related to a property that I spent significant amount of money!! He was influenced by his former coworkers behind closed door. Judge Bill Sperlazza is absolutely Biased and don’t deserve to be in a robe - Crooked corrupt
A money hungry unorganized system of which will give you a court date to expunge a speed ticket only to tell you that due to Ohio laws nothing can be done. It's Sickening to know that due to this corrupt unfair system it easier to expunge an assault or domestic violence charge than it is a speeding ticket.
If I could leave 0 stars I would.. I bonded my fiancé out of jail on his court date. The clerk in there was new everyone in there with the new person said he knew what he was doing but clearly not. My fiancé was supposed to get released yesterday and that never happened. They see that his bond was posted but the new clerk never faxed over the paper work. One of our family members died last night. I told him since he’s bond has already been posted and stuff. He need to leave due to a family emergency and they wasn’t letting him out. These courts and police doesn’t know what they are doing anymore. They’re holding a free man behind bars at this moment. He had nothing holding him back or anything, I called down there last night and they were mixing there story’s up saying different things. This is so unorganized.
Terrible experiance. Waiting for hours for something that could have been scheduled by appointment
Showed up for Jury Duty in the middle of a snowstorm only to be told they're closed. Any kind of heads up would've been appreciated.
The clients were in the lobby at the time. In other words no listening in for me, was a bit upsetting.
Not horrible, hoping next time I visit it will be a business opportunity.
