Franklin County RV Park

Susan who works the scheduling/check-ins office is fabulous. So helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She even taught me a few tips on my cell phone. This park is a true find. We definitely would stay here again. We especially liked how close the 3 cities are and all of the restaurants and stores

This park is centrally located for my Tri Cities visit. It is very clean and inviting. Being close to baseball/softball fields is a big plus. Susan is awesome. She is very personable and accommodating. She takes good care of her clients from simply saying hello to working with them during personal emergencies. Great place and price.Service: 5/5

This park is quiet, secure, clean, great location, & friendly management. I highly recommend Franklin County RV Park! The only downfall is that they have a rule that one can only stay there for 6 months at a time. Perhaps this rule could be changed so that some spots could be designated “extended stay.” Thanks to Susan, Joyce, & Bob for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to coming back! This park was perfect for us! So clean and well maintained. Sue in the office was such a delight which really made our overall experience wonderful! Will defiantly be recommending this park.Rooms: 5/5

My wife and I are staying for a while and needed a spot with sewer hookups but they only had ones without them. Susan managed to get us into a better spot weeks earlier than we thought she would be able too. She even hooked us up with someone to move the trailer. She is the best and because of her we love the park. Everything thing is clean, so that also nice

Susie was great! She was able to juggle a full park and got us in. The park was quite and clean! Internet was not that strong so you need to make provisions if you depend on ot for tv viewing. Thank you Susie you are a valuable employee!

A group of 11 rv's had a FMCA rally at this lovely, quiet park. Sue in the office was very accommodating, reserving 15 spots for us several months in advance. She provided us as the rally hosts, to have a conveniently placed lot with a large shady space big enough to accommodate two large serving tables for our meals and plenty of room for over 20 chairs so we could visit with each other in one area. She checked on all of us several times during our stay make certain all was good. All other rv neighbors were very polite and quiet. Great location just next to the Hapo Trac, close to I-182. Thanks, Sue! Everyone had a great time! Nearby activities: Viera's bakery almost right across the street Walkability: Right next to the Trac, plenty of convenient places to walk. Food & drinks: Walking distance th many eateries.

The manager is amazing! She goes above and beyond to work with you. Beautiful and well kept. Can’t say enough good things about this place.Rooms: 5/5

We love this park!! It is so clean, quiet, and well maintained and the staff are super helpful. Even though the sites are not huge they are configured so you have that feeling of privacy and space. Truly a wonderful park that we will visit again. Wish they had 12 months stay, not just the 6 months!! Best park in the area!

Nice little place, well kept on clean. The grass was mowed and everything worked. Only draw back limited showers one for each gender.Location: 4/5
