I have been going to this office for about 5 yrs now I believe they are the best Dental office in NOVA!!. Dr.Nguyen is definitely a veteran when it comes to dental work and his passion for giving you that Hollywood smile you deserve definitely speaks volume as I am extremely happy with his work and his professional staff which helped me along the way to becoming more confident overall. I highly recommend this office for any dental work, the only drawback is you would wish you discovered them sooner in life. lol
Very pleasant experience. I switched from iSmile at Maclearen as the new dentist gave me a list of crowns to replace and Invisalign plan costing about $10k when prior to her, iSmile dentist 6 months prior said it’s all good. Dr Nguyen’s diagnosis was the same as the former dentist that I preferred. Also, I like that your facility is very clean, and Bette and receptionist very pleasant,
Best dentist and dental team in town. They take time cleaning teeth. Very thorough and detailed. Dentist takes time to explain all options and cares about the patient. Customer service from the front desk to invoicing is second to none. Very friendly staff. They go out of their way to accommodate you.
As a former military member of 20+ years, it has been such a pleasure to be a patient here at Franklin Dental. Dr. Hanson and his staff are wonderful people -- they are super friendly, professional and are ALWAYS in a great mood. I have brought my 5 year old son twice and he NEVER gets nervous. They treat him like a Prince and I couldn't be more satisfied. They know how to put his mind at ease, yet still do a thorough examination. The facility is always spotless and is located in a very convenient location. We plan on making this our permanent dentist for years to come. Thank you all.
The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Alona did a great job cleaning my teeth and answering my questions. I felt well cared for. And the doctor gave me confirmation all was good with my teeth. You have a nice and friendly atmosphere. Thank you!

My son & I have been going to Franklin Dental for several years. Dr. Nguyen & his colleagues do an excellent job taking care of all of our dental needs. They are professional, knowledgeable, personable & really care about their patients.
Update: we’ve had some less than satisfactory experiences for our kids at other local pediatric dentists. So we came here to do two fillings for our 8yr old son. Dr. Hansen was amazing and did a phenomenal job. We love this place. Original review: Been a patient here for several years. Terrified of dental care due to some very bad procedures I had while in the military. But the care here is wonderful and compassionate. Importantly, if they ever make a mistake a rarity, they take responsibility and deal with it. Honestly, one of the very best experiences I have ever had with a medical provider! They are also great with reception, billing, and on the scheduling front. It’s the whole package and I can’t recommend Franklin Dental highly enough!
