I Am, Trent Rehnquist DDS
I am Richard Trent Rehnquist. I am 43 years old, and I am East Texas born and raised. I am not perfect, though I strive to improve my weaknesses. I am a born-again Christian, and it is through God’s grace and my faith that my purpose in life is derived. I am a sinner, but strive each day to become more Christ-like. I am a witness to God’s great works to others so that they might find their purpose in life. I am a disciple for Christ who lives in me.
I am a husband to my wife, Jennifer, who upholds, sustains and finishes me. I am her support, security, protector, and provider. I am her partner in our walk with our Lord. I am her rock when her world is chaotic. I am her armor when she is threatened. I am her compassion when she is overwhelmed. I am strengthened by her great support and unyielding commitment to the purpose in my life. I am inspired by her unwavering love for me.
I am a father of two gorgeous daughters, Mary Margaret and Madison. I am their example, inspiring them to discover their purpose in life. I am their protector, security, strength, compassion, and inspiration. I am their tool of reason to safeguard them from the dangers of our ever-changing world. I am a teacher, a counselor, a minister, a coach and more in the spiritual, emotional, and physical development of my daughters. I am proud to be their dad.
I am a son of the world’s best mother and father. I am inspired by my father and mother’s examples. My brother, my sister and I are testimonies of their great efforts. I am proud to be called your son. I am a brother to my wonderful sister, Anndrea and a fantastic brother, Ron. I am inspired by my sister’s commitment and uncompromising pursuit of her purpose in life. I am inspired by her service for those that are less fortunate and in need. I am inspired by my brother’s example in his ability to overcome the overwhelming, or complete the seemingly insurmountable. I am proud to be called your brother. I am undeserving of the abundant blessings in my life. But through my Lord Jesus Christ and the aforementioned people, and others he has placed in my life, God has allowed each to mold and strengthen my purpose.
I am a motivated and inspired dentist. I am a 1999 graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry, and hold a 2000 certificate for an advanced education in general dentistry (AEGD) from the U.S. Army and a 2000 certificate for Forensic Pathology from the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology.
