Description

We are taking fitness to a new level! We have all the equipment you need to get a full body workout!! On our exercise floor you will find 12 Hoist strength equipment machines as well as a Precor squat rack, Hoist Smith machine and several free weight benches and new weight plates.

For a cardiovascular workout we offer a variety of choices which include: 8 Precor treadmills, 3 Precor ellipticals, 3 Precor Adaptive Motion trainers, a First Degree Fitness rower, a Precor Upright bike, a Precor Recumbant bike, and a Octane Fitness XR6000 bike.

We also offer a variety of Group Fitness Classes ranging from Cycle, Arthritis Exercise, Yoga, Zumba and many many more.

In addition we have 2 racquetball courts, steam rooms in both locker rooms, and Massage Therapy Services.

This is the worst OBGYN facility and staff within hundreds of miles. A nurse “Holly” at this facility treated me horribly during a very stressful time as a soon-to-be mother after I found out I was pregnant. I didn’t have support from my partner with the pregnancy and this caused me a ton of stress and confusion. Holly and Dr. Blanca were so terrible and unprofessional, they give OBGYN’s a bad name. It’s appalling these people are even allowed to practice, but this speaks to the poor quality of staff employeed at this facility. Dr. Blanca wrote incorrect notes in my medical history after a visit and so did this insane and psychopathic nurse, Holly. Holly states “very high risk pregnancy” I didn’t have a high risk pregnancy at all. I followed my gut with these people and I expressed how terribly I was being treated. I switched to a much better OBGYN where I went on to give birth naturally and wonderfully to my beautiful baby girl. Holly, Blanca, and the other psychopathic practitioners have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They clearly graduated medical school at the bottom of their class and enjoy hurting and humiliating women who they feel are inferior to their incredibly low position in society. My pregnancy was so stressful with this office. They have no idea how to handle pregnant women, emotions, guidance. Not to mention they have no moral or ethics. I’m so thankful I left this trashy facility and went on to receive excellent and compassionate care with my very low risk pregnancy. It’s hilarious that these people are even allowed to practice and write fictions notes about “high risk” etc. I had not a single complication during my whole pregnancy and I gave birth within 30 minutes of arriving at the hospital, No Ivs, no medication. I have no idea why these people are so deranged, but they seriously triggered me and made my stress so much worse. As soon as I left and found a better OBGYN, I had no more issues for the remainder of my pregnancy. I cannot say enough terrible things about this office. They should be investigated and inspected and shut down. Seems like a bunch of medical dejects picking on low income patients to boost their own egos. What a relief I stood up for myself and left. I cannot imagine how terrible my pregnancy and birth would have been had I tried to make it work with these people. They are bottom of the barrel. It’s sad the impoverished women get stuck with these terrible medical practitioners. They truly make a bad situation worse and have very little care or concern for their larger roles in the baby’s lives they’re supposed to be supporting.
You'll notice that the description mentions "warm, compassionate staff." That's a lie. The front desk staff that saw my SO was the rudest front desk person ever. We had an appointment, and they asked us to arrive 20 minutes early to fill out some forms. We got delayed collecting medical info, so we only arrived 5 minutes early. Normally, this isn't an issue. At every doctor's office I've been to - and I've been to dozens - I've been able to be seen in situations like that. Maybe I had less time with the doctor, but that's expected. In the worst case, you'd expect the staff to politely reschedule your appointment. That's not what happened here. The front desk lady scolded her for being late and bluntly told her she couldn't be seen, blaming and chastizing her in a harsh and aggressive tone. I can't recall *ever* receiving such treatment from *any* front desk staff, let alone a doctor's office. This is a public health office that's supposed to be serving vulnerable members of our community, many of whom have fallen through the cracks and face an uncertain access to healcare. Let me tell you, experiences like these will do nothing to build trust in the healthcare system. I can't comment on the quality of the healthcare because this experience has turned us off of coming back to this office. I realize that if you're considering going to this office, you unfortunately don't really have the most options for healthcare. I'd encourage you to look elsewhere if possible. But if you do end up here, good luck. I hope your experience won't be as unpleasant as ours.
I called twice, I was waiting for someone to answer both times for 30+ minutes. I wanted to make an appt for my son that has been losing his hearing.
"For starters, he's not a patient at this clinic." He said: the person who answered my call and then disconnected my call. This person leaves a lot to be desired with his service and manner of speaking. I feel terribly offended. With great sadness I will look for another clinic. I just want to end by saying: Very rude personality Claudia!
