Nice property, nice units. Unaccommodating leasing staff. My sister drove my 77 year old handicapped mother from Houston specifically to see the property. According to website, they are open on Sundays from 1 to 5. Called office at 4:40pm on Saturday to advise that we were on the way over. Told that they stop showing at 4:45 and would be open on Monday. Explained the situation -- no accommodation was offered or made. If this is any indication of how they treat a prospective tenant, cannot imagine how unresponsive they are to tenants. This validates what we all know -- young people could care less about customer service and about seniors! WHAT A SHAME!
Neighbors are very messy!! No more interesting activities!! After 2 years i was told i had to move, a loyal resident to let someone move in they don't know. Was told they sometimes go up on the rent but no more than $20 dollars. First year went up $20, second year went up $40. Some elderly people are on fixed income and don't get a raise every year. I liked living here but didn't like the extortion of the elderly by the owner!!
Tried to get information abt my veteran uncle. She claimed 6-9 months until availability. I agree with the most recent review. Too small anyways, and horrible entrance and exit. Nothing to miss!
