Franklin graduated from Albright College in 2003 with a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology. Franklin played NCAA Football at Albright and was a team captain his senior year. Following graduation from Albright, Franklin attended Widener University School of Law where he earned his law degree in 2006. While at Widener Law, Franklin had a summer internship with the Pennsylvania Office of General Counsel and was elected captain of the rugby team.
