Building going down hill past few years after old management took over past management left retirement and the staff for cleaning and maintenance were great before nowadays after new moving in...messy stressful more repairs and less team work and over night staff and numbers yo reach for repairs and crime and 911 after hours.. etc.. fees for repairs shouldn't be charged it.

I went to this place yesterday with the hope of renting an apartment that I thought would be perfect for me. I've lived with,and taken care of my mother for the last 20 years. I thought maybe I might catch a break here. How sadly mistaken I was. I went in to speak to the rental agent,Diane, and she couldn't get rid of me fast enough. All I wanted to do was try to negotiate a possible way around the waiting list and when I tried to talk to her she got visibly angry. Seemed like I was incredible bother to her just by being there. I quickly left, not wanting to experience any more of this woman's rudeness. I really wish I had never heard of this place. Maybe that way, I wouldn't have had my hopes shot down so badly in less than 60 seconds.

I would give this apartment complex 0 stars if I could. The way the property manager treats her residents and their guests is despicable. A property managers job is to be there for the residents and to assist them with problems as they come up, but this manager made it clear that her tasks were more important. She yells at residents and degrades them and I intend on making a formal complaint with the management company Tapestry.

My grandmother had lived here for many years was wonderful till Diane took over. I would have rated it 5 stars if the management didn't go downhill so quickly.

Nice place, new manager was great, but changing now so that is an unknown factor for now.

Upon stopping in to get an application the woman I dealt with, Diane, was very inpatient and rude. I never completed the application knowing I cannot deal with management like her.

Their is a woman named Diane that does the rental and front office job. She needs to check in to a mental facility

Excellent my Aunt and Uncle lived there for years. My father is on the waiting list.
