Service was slow despite a definite lull in business post lunch/pre dinner time frame. Definitely do not recommend the Fried Calamari. It was bland and rubbery. Everything else had good flavor. The chefs are heavy handed with the cheese on the manicotti for sure and pasta combo for sure. The chicken parm was a touch dry but the Veal was tender and tasty. Pretty average experience.
I love the baked lasagna. It really was delicious. The wait time is longer than usual. It is also dark in the restaurant. The experience wasn't too bad. The server was polite and gave recommendations for food choices.
My husband and I eat here quite often 3 times a week. The food is excellent. The service is excellent. The bread is out of this world. Our favorite dishes are the Italian Sampler, Chicken Aristocrat, Chicken Marsala, and Chicken Parmesan. We have basically had everything the menu offers. If you haven't been to this place, give it a shot. You won't regret it.
A great Italian experience with a good selection and reasonably priced as well. I had the stromboli and it was delicious. Portions are generous. Veal Parmesan is excellent.Food: 5/5
Went to celebrate a birthday. 12 people. Had reservations, but the table was not ready. But, only a few minutes for them to get it ready. Prince was our server. He and the one's who helped him. Did an amazing job. Only our second time to dine. So big risk to choose it as a place to celebrate birthday. No regrets! It's a best kept secret in the Prairieville area for fine dining. Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of room to get in with a wheelchair or a walker.
Owned by a friendly family who always goes out of their way to serve the freshest, food. It’s not shiny and new inside, and it could do with a little renovation, but if you’re looking for some authentic tasting, home made Italian food in a cozy space then this is the place for you! We go often, and really enjoy it. The pizza is absolutely delicious! They do takeout as well.. I love the baked ziti, and the chicken cacciatore, but they have lots of great menu items. The prices are right, and the portions are generous! They always know who we are when we go in there and we really like that type of service. Just go if you haven’t been there! It’s s great place to go for a quiet low key date, or take the family. They do have a nice little bar too! Parking: Easy to park all of the time. Kid-friendliness: Great for kids. Good kid friendly menu. It’s not a big place, call ahead for a big table.
Delicious pizza And outstanding service That place is a Vibe !!Food: 5/5
I disagree with the review about the manicotti 100%. I don’t find that the chef was too heavy handed with the cheese. This is the first Italian restaurant I’ve been to, outside of Italy, that I can truly say tasted authentic. They do use a lot of cheese which is better than some other Italian restaurants in town that don’t use anywhere near enough. The manicotti was perfect and the garlic bread was AMAZING! I’ve been twice in the last week. Their chicken piccata was also excellent.
Great food and fair prices. I have never had a bad meal here. The owner is great and is often behind the bar greeting customers and making them feel at home.Food: 5/5
Neighborhood Italian Restaurant; recommended by a friend. Service was good/helpful in recommending entrees. Seems to have a regular crowd as many knew the wait staff. They do bring the most delicious warm bread to the table as a starter. Give me the bread w marinara sauce and I’d be happyFood: 3/5
