Fred Meyer pharmacy is a joke. It took them three weeks to fill a prescription I had to have. That I couldn’t stop taking cold Turkey. I couldn’t believe this Place was recommended to me. It’s horrible. They didn’t transfer the prescriptions from my other pharmacy as I requested. So today on my third attempt to pick up my prescriptions and I finally was able to get in line 15 minutes before they opened so I wouldn’t have to wait an hour in line after just having knee surgery I find out all the prescriptions i thought would be ready weren’t. Which is fine really the pharmacist told me they had too many customers and they need some to leave. Well maybe Fred Meyer has too many customers too and people need to consider where they spend their money and not with completely ungrateful people
Auto refills not working so prescription for my son not refilled, and I turned it on twice in the app and verified that it was on, but it is turned off again and now is overdue as they didn't order the meds and don't have it in stock. When I called for assistance, after waiting a long time, they hung up on me They keep trying to get me to pay copays for my son's medication every month that we do not owe and it's a hassle to correct it every time! Update: Now they are claiming my prescription was not filled because my doctor, for no reason, contacted them and cancelled it, a prescription I've been taking for years!
Had to leave a review!! Switched from Walgreens to Fred Meyer pharmacy a couple months ago and couldn’t be happier. It’s night and day. Zero wait times even when there’s a ‘line’. Super well staffed and kind, hard working employees. If you’re unsure on where to call your pharmacy home, switch to Fred Meyer!
Shoutout to Jonathan don't know If I'm spelling that right, sorry who was really kind and helpful when I was having issue with new insurance the other day.
Called about the status of the RX and the pharmacist was rude and huffy and puffy.
We got our daughters meds here for the first time recently and while the staff was very informative it was just rushed a little too much. We didn’t get a syringe the first time around and while it was awesome they were able to still give us half of our prescription fulfillment, we had to wait a few days for the second half...but we never received our phone call letting us know the second half was ready for pick up. The staff was very kind, but it was just a little too busy/rushed for my preference.
Really like the pharmacy. However it takes too long to check in for shots. You stand in one line and then you're told to go to another and then after they register you you have to go to another register to pay. Also the chairs that they have for you to wait in are not 6 ft apart from the markers that they have you stand in line for.
After our insurance changed their policy rules in January and told us we could only use Fred Meyer's Pharmacy from now on We WERE using Costco we made the switch. The staff at this pharmacy here are very friendly and understanding. They even gave us tips on how to save even more money on our prescriptions. I hate to say this Costco but you never told us about these options.
The staff is friendly. However, If you’re looking for your prescriptions to never be ready on time, billing insurance wrong, and the longest in-store wait in town - this is your place. Save yourself the time and stress by driving across town to walmart
Just went shopping there for daily groceries and saw the Fruit Stand Snack for children filled. Thank you very much for sharing. This helps keep my children busy while I shop, and encourages my family to make better food choices. Keep this idea going, and you will be my only grocery store from now on! :
