They fixed my husbands work boots and my very well loved brown ankle boots! I now get to wear my most favorite shoes again and my husband didn’t have to purchase another pair of expensive caterpillars! Very nice people!!

Excellent work done on very damaged boot heels. I didn't think they could ever look good again, let alone this good! I love my boots again!

This fellow has been serving the Hopkins community well over 40 years!! I brought a boot with a zipper that split. I felt I would need a new zipper which would have been $50. But he was able to fix the zipper which cost me only $15. I was very appreciative.

I have a tendency to walk the corner of my heals off. New heals are about $30, way better than paying $250 for new boots. Fast service. So happy I found Fred's shop.

Great local place in Hopkins. Fred was easy to work with, and the patch he did on my leather sandals to give them new life was a very fair price. Happy to have someone local we can depend on to do good work at a fair cost.

I bought these groovy boots at goodwill and the bottoms were completely unusable crumbling apart. I look them to Fred and he was upfront and honest with his assessment and said he’d try to create some sort of solution. He was able to custom cut the bottom repair and make my groovy boots usable !!! Sweet man, sweet little shop. Will be a return customer :

Brought in a pair of strappy heels to have the elastic fixed. Not only did Fred fix them, they look even better because he switched out the white elastic for tan and it matches the shoes now! Priced well, quick turnaround, and was able to support local!

A small little place but great at helping me with all my shoe needs. In fact I need to go pick up a couple of shoes now. I got a zipper redone and some new bottoms on the moccasins I absolutely love. Thank you to this wonderful story and all the people that put their time in to all of our shoes.

Stopped in to see if they could help me out with a jacket zipper. Was expecting them to need the jacket for a day or two but was able to do what was needed in less then half an hour! Excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been going to Fred's Shoe Repair for 25 years! Never been disappointed. Prices are fab, work completed within an extremely short period of time and my boots are always polished when I pick them up. I used to be an old shoe dog term for shoes salesperson, and am one picky person and Fred's exceeds my expectations. A word of warning, Fred is an outdoorsy type guy, so, call during hunting season to see when the shop will be closed for these sacred days.
