Prices are well extremely high compared to washers in kansas city Missouri and alot of there washers was down and staff was to busy playing on there phone but loved the look of the place 50s style

This is the of laundry -cleaners the attendants go out of their way to help. Only problem is their prices are way too high.
Worst experience in my life!! The machine we use made so much noise I had to hold my ears. They need to either fix the machine or put it to rest. Plus the machines smelled like mildew on the inside. Plus I wanted to use hot water and they didn't even have no hot water. So why do they even have that option on there Plus the place could needed to be cleaned. cleaning up
Management is inconsistent, and sometimes rude. They enforce policies that are NOT WRITTEN OR STATED ANYWHERE ON PREMISE. Washers are overpriced, and not kept clean. They definitely have mildew that is not addressed. I do not recommend this business!
I can't say that my experience was a good one. They told me to have it there before noon for drop off and I'd have it back in a couple hours. I dropped it off at 1130 and was told 5pmnot a couple of hours but that's fine. Upon pickup, I was handed a laundry bag that wasn't mine. The clothes were, not the bag. We sorted that and all is well, right? Oh no. The folding of everything was sloppy at best. No socks were even attempted to be paired. Many of the clothes were still wet. And nothing in the bag even smells clean. The staff was friendly and the pricing fair for drop off. But the results don't merit the price. Ill do it myself next time.
Yes I went to laundry Matt and got one of them large washers for 15 dollars I made the mistake and door got closed before cloths were in well the lady that works here was rude impolite won.t help me or get my money this laundryatt is rude and I'm mu professional
The couple that was working there was very nice. They were busy cleaning and wiping down the machines. I liked the 50's vibe, tables and chairs
The staff working there is rude and known meth users.the manager is rude and should not be in management! Horrible customer service. I heard them making fun of people that came in. By far the worst laundry mat ever!
Went to this place today to try something different and it was fabulous clean my clothes quick and fast and the dryer was huge got eight loads done in one Dyer great experience overall highly recommend if you want to do your laundry go here
