Absolutely amazing from checkout to my OT/hand therapist Joshua Eppinger. He got my hand back to normal after my thumb joint replacement! Will definitely come back!!

I came to Frederick Health Physical Therapy after surgery. I experienced an unwelcoming attitude by the main receptionist. With each session, I was passed from one therapist to another. Most of the therapists weren't "hands-on" therapists. I basically did exercises on my own. The assistant who handled the ice pack wrap, which was rarely available, was very abrupt. I felt that I was being rushed throughout each session. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR RECOVERY.

I've been dealing with this group for months now. Never have I been more satisfied with the level of care and service in the medical world. I get right through to a human no matter what number I call. Scheduling has always been a breeze, no waiting weeks/months for an appointment. EVERY SINGLE staff member I have had interaction with has been smiling and pleasant. I have never felt rushed or dismissed. My concerns are addressed with care and everything has been explained to me in detail. I've never had to wait more than MAYBE 5 or 10 minutes past my appointment time which is typically unheard of in large medical groups like this. Specifically, Frederick Health Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Dr. Matthews AND The entire staff at Frederick Health Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab. PT Desirae and PT Stephanie Front desk ladies are absolutely the sweetest too. I would recommend this practice to anyone seeking Orthopedic care!

All the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I could not be happier with my decision to do PT here. I completely trust all the specialist and know that they will do whatever they can to get you back to your full potential. The therapist I spend the most time with is Dan. I cannot think of any way that Dan could be better at his job. He is extremely knowledgeable and does an outstanding job creating a unique plan based on the individual. If you chose FMH rehab at Aspen Ridge you will not be disappointed!

I have recently moved to Frederick, and I have chronic back and hip pain that has flared up recently with the stresses of the move. Previously I got relief from physical therapy from an excellent practice near my home in Timonium, so I sought PT in Frederick. I visited 3 practices, and ultimately made an appointment with Frederick Health PT. What a wonderful and client-friendly practice. Every person I encountered is helpful, informed and efficient. This practice is thoroughly professional as well as warm and friendly AND motivating. The facilities are immaculate. I give it an unqualified 5 stars!

OMG, this is an amazing place! Dan did the evaluation and implemented a plan of action. Dan or Stephanie gave me individualized attention during each session. They are so encouraging! In just a few weeks my pain level and the strength in my leg had greatly improved! Dan, Stephanie, Lindsay, and Maya are amazing people that genuinely care about their patients! Thank you!

Amanda is amazing! She is helping me a lot with my recovering after 4 surgeries in my left knee! I really recommend Amanda as a physiotherapist!

I am so happy with the treatment I received with Rick..I developed vitago and referred to Aspen for PT to help. I was so incredibly happy with the attention and care that I received.. Not only did the PT help with the vitago, I discovered I also need to work on my balance.. I am still using the exercises today...Big Mahalo to Rick..

I’ve only been a patient there for 1 week but from my personal expiernce the staff there are the most personable people I’ve ever met in a professional office and I work in healthcare. They have made feel super welcome and comfortable. They aren’t pushy but will work you to your best interest. You aren’t just another patient to them, you’re an individual that they are there to help and that make you feel just that. I would highly recommend them!

Front desk staff could use some retraining. My husband has severe back problems. After waiting over a week to get an evaluation appointment, showed up yesterday for his scheduled appointment to be told he didn’t have one. After showing the receptionist the appointment card she had given him the week before she put him off for another week. His referring doctor won’t be pleased about loosing another week and my husband should have been fit in.
