Needed flowers same day for visit to grave site. Called got voicemail. In the middle of calling another florist and the called right back. I appreciate a professional business. So we placed the order and they were receptive to what we wanted.
This company is extremely unprofessional and difficult to do business with. I work for a local funeral home and have been trying to get in touch with this company for the past five days regarding a flower arrangement needing to be delivered for a service. I left multiple messages throughout the week and never received a response. When the florist did deliver the arrangement, he or she simply threw the arrangement onto the couch in the front lobby of the funeral home. None of the funeral home staff were informed of the delivery and the delivery was not signed-in. I called as soon as I noticed the arrangement and and the huge mess it had left on the couch and floor, and the florist acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about, hung up the phone, and even turned the phone off, so when I called back my call went straight to their voicemail. I clearly would not recommend.
Where do I even start... this was hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had. My boyfriend attempted to surprise me with sunflowers... I get a funeral bouquet instead. On top of that, the delivery driver could not seem to find my building, even though my boyfriend gave descriptive directions, which then led to me having to call the driver and try to get her to my location. She huffed and puffed on the other end as I was trying to keep my composure to get her here. As I was giving her directions, she proceeds to interrupt me and say “oh my god” in a frustrated manner. She was extremely rude and had the nerve to ask me to leave my work and meet her at the family dollar. Are you serious? You want me to leave my job to help you do yours? I’m sure this is a family business so I’m not expecting you to support my review, but this is exactly what happened. It was frustrating, uninviting, beyond rude and definitely not the surprise I wanted.
I walked in 30 minutes before close in urgent need of anniversary flowers. I asked for a few pink roses and Frederick walked in the back, and put together a beautiful bouquet in a vase. Great price and better service.
I was very hurt and disappointed by the services rendered by this florist company. I only asked for issue to be corrected and they were rude to me.I was told he said I needed to find another florist in the mist of the error that I asked to correct.I attended a home-service on 8/2 and stopped by to pick the arrangement up and I got the devestating comment from one of his staff. Whether or not I was suppose to know what was said it was terrible of him to be so insensitive in the time of the passing of my loved one.I wasn't be picky but when you are presenting something you want it to be right.It was just a horrible experience. I'm never going to do business with them again!
Frederick is the best of the best, and has the personality that just lights up the room. His attention to detail and his passion for flowers is incomparable. Love his work on any day!!! Thank you for sharing your light and love of flowers with the world
This place is awesome. Great customer service and the flowers were top notch. I gave them a last minute order and they knocked it out of the park. Thanks guys!!!
They waited a week to take payment! Now my account is way behind! I would advise anyone to pay cash and not deliver anything! Worse experience ever with these clowns! Never again!
