Great service and great friendly meeting. This was a sudden funeral with no plans by the deceased family member. The staff walked us through the steps. Losing a loved one is never easy, but they supported our family lovingly and with compassion.
Having to say goodbye to my mother has been the hardest most painful time of my life. I chose Frederick Dean because my mother once told me they were amazing when she had to let her mom go. She was right! I walked in having no idea what to do or how to plan for something like this. They helped every step of the way all while showing such compassion and kindness to me and my family. Every question I had was answered. Every request I made and there were many was granted. From the moment I stepped through their doors, they treated us with the utmost respect and even felt like family grieving along with us all. Of course this time of my life was not easy but they did everything to make sure we honored my mama’s life and ease some of the pain we were all experiencing. I won’t go into detail but they accommodated some of my family that was just having a hard time and needed to watch the service alone. They went above and beyond for us and I’m forever grateful to them. Thank you Frederick Dean from my family and God bless you all.
Frederick-Dean Funeral Home are a blessing to my family allowing us to have closure with the loss of our baby. We were unprepared and didn't know what steps to take or aware of the process needed. The hospital offered cremation but we wouldn't be able to be present or receive the remains. Frederick-Dean Funeral home offered their services free of cost as a way to make our tragedy a little more bearable and allowed us to have closure as we said our final goodbyes to our son. Thank you. Words cannot express our gratitude for the respect all of the staff showed when taking care of our son that we losthink during the pregnancy. Again, thank you.
We unexpectedly lost my Brother inlaw a few weeks ago. Frederick Dean was very helpful, compassionate & caring! We highly recommend them. Our Family has been using them for years!
FDFH loves and cares about people. They have a very friendly and welcoming staff ready to assist your needs. I highly recommend them. They did a funeral for my little sister who passed a while back and did a wonderful job. Definitely five stars!
Had a family member pass away and the owner was very rude to my family in general and did not care about our feelings or the devastation we was going through at the time. Its unbelievable that someone would act that way at a time like that especially in that profession. people act differently behind closed doors. Go to jeffcoat and trant, they really know how to handle a situation like someone's passing away with care.
Absolutely by far the BEST, straight forward, no beating around the bush, up front, southern hospitality anyone would love to have during a time like this.. Joseph Dean, brother you went above and beyond services rendered from my very satisfied family to yours, God bless you all. Thank you!
