For this price? It is Old school- American buffet. Do you know old country buffet ? This place reminds me the old country buffet. I used to love that place. We do not see one of those humble American buffets in these days. Senior and children get high discount. Such a nostalgic place. Delicious fried chicken! Chicken liver is good. Great salad bar! Such a delicious grilled chicken breast as well.
For us this place is now classified as the trough. If you want to just put your head in and devour unlimited amounts of nasty, this is the spot. My wife and I haven't been in here for many years and after looking at the recent reviews we gave it a try. Over 55 discount prior to 4 PM. A lot of the hot foods were cold even though they were on the steamer line. How do you do that? The fish was extra salty. Cold slaw was inedible and tasted like it was spoiled. The small roma tomatoes were very red but hard as a marble. The fried chicken thigh I got was not cooked completely and showed actual blood vessels near the bone. It's easier to list the apple pie, baked beans, and sweet potato mush as the items that were good. Scratch this one off. *Note this review was completed without using ridiculous undiscriptive terms like out-of-bounds, OMG, on point, awesome, the bomb, yummy, delish, to die for, do yourself a favor, trust me, etc.. Describe the food, service or lack of and provide details on the cost/copy of the check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No disrespect to the employees but no one cares about the waiter/waitress names, or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and you don't get to pick one. No we don't care about your allergies or the need for gluten free food. **If you see a Google review posted with just stars & no text, report it via the 3 dot selection adjacent to the review. The food is good, Southern food. Being a buffet, they use instant potatoes, rather than real, but that’s to be expected. They’re good for being instant. That’s why I only give them 4*. They have one of the best fried chicken around! They’ve a wide variety of food and the place clean. We’ve always had excellent service. During busy times, the manager does keep an eye on things and makes sure you’re well taken care of. If you’re a senior, they have a special every week day. It’s less than $10 and includes your drink. A lot of seniors go there, during this time.
I came in around 5pm and was seated pretty quickly. Our server came over and took our drink orders in a decent amount of time also. Now the the reason this is a 3 star is because the food wasn't amazing but it also wasn't terrible either. Find what you like and eat that. And the pricing isn't terrible either. 15.99 for an adult and .75 cents times age of rhe child.
Likely the best buffet meals in the area! Not an overwhelming selection but I went twice and just about every item I had was delicious and cooked well! The fried chicken thighs are about as big as they come and the batter tastes excellent over the skin. The steak was cooked to perfection as I love mine cooked medium. I can't speak on the desert too much but the ice cream will have you wanting more. The service and hospitality are completely satisfying and friendly as well!! Love this place!! I recommend it highly to anyone visiting with family or friends and it won't break your wallet!!
Price great, nice selection of food. staff friendly. Some items were a little bland to the taste. That could be on me because I'm a southerner.
Our server was new but still did an awesome job at checking in on us. We all picked a different variety of foods with no complaints. The temperature of the restaurant was comfortable and did not feel muggy, cold or hot as some buffet places do. All in all definitely worth a try if you are hungry but want a variety.Recommended dishesPot Roast

The dinner here was good, the waiter we had was a bit slow but her co-workers didn’t mind helping us out. Some of the items were cold even though they were under the food warmer, for example the steak which was thin and cheap and just tasted gray and reminded me of cardboard , the buffalo chicken, and the macaroni. Not to much to say about anything else except the single stall bathroom was disgusting. Needed cleaning immediately if not emergent. Overall would eat again.
Great location with an American focus. The selection is not huge, but it is always stocked up and of good quality. The service is good and the price is right. When eating at a buffet always keep in mind the servers are doing their best to keep up but it only take one or two needy tables to derail the server.Food: 3/5
