Based on the reviews, I was skeptical but the service I recieved was amazing to say the least! The newly hired manager goes out of her way to help you while she politely juggles between customers and phone calls. This lady really likes her job as every one of us in her office that day were pleased with the service we recieved. The grounds were clean and my storage unit easy to access. The cameras are an added bonus that make me feel safe! Thank you!
Worst storage place ever. Rude workers and will find any way to make your payment increase. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!
I have had nothing but great service with Modesto Mini Storage and their employees.They always provide service that is timely, professional and courteous. My storage facility is well maintained and safe. They have made my experience and life transition easy and stress free.
I feel fortunate that my experiences have all been positive. Christina, the current manager, has been professional, considerate, and dependable. As a customer I felt valued and appreciated even after I’d made my initial purchase. She helped me procure a moving truck, packaging materials, and storage unit most appropriate for my need and financial situation. I have watched her interact with other customers on numerous occasions and she has treated each person in the same kind, respectful way. For me, Modesto Mini Storage has been a good decision.
They are always very nice and patient and understanding with me. They are never rude over the phone and are willing to help me especially with all my health issues recently. My belonging have never been stolen unlike at Public Mini Storage and they did nothing to help with all of my items that were taken from me. I just wish I had organized my items better when putting them in. I was promised certain things when I first moved my belongs over there and as the mangers changed the rent did keep going up and as a single mom that became very hard to manage, but recently there have been office changes and with that came new staff and they realized the issues and fixed them and that has helped so much and also apoligized for what the other managers and office staff had been doing. I highly recommend Modesto Mini Storage to any who wants a nice size storage unit for their valuables for a great price and even better I don't have to travel very far to get what I need when my little girl wants to start decorating for the next upcoming holiday.
I've been a tenant for more years than I can count- definitely more than 10 years and Modesto Mini Storage just keeps getting better and better! They keep modernizing, providing all the latest access and security measures! Love that I can get in during the 0:dark 30 hours, I can pay my bill online or at the facility. The facility is secure and well lit AND centrally located for me. The rates are super competitive and the Manager is Super friendly!
I like this place now that there is a new person up in front working now. Good customer service and she had patience very friendly and helpful. Before lady up in front was rude no patience to help out .I like coming here and being a customer I recommend it to a friend 5 stars
I love this facility, the lady Kelly who works there really makes you feel welcome. I had multiple questions and she was patient with me and even made me laugh. I would highly recomend this storage.
We needed a storage solution quick and secure, I went to Modesto, looked around and after talking to them and looking around, I am satisfied it is the best solution around. Good price, friendly folks, and security cameras all over. I am satisfied that my granddoughter belongings are now secure while she is abroad for a few months.
This place is discusting if your stuff matters to you don’t store it here!!! They have rats in all their units, I went on Saturday to talk to someone and there was an old man who looked like a tweeker working in the office, and Jessica is a very rude lady she acts like she doesn’t care to loose a customer I asked to speak to a hire authority and she said she owned the company. I never expected to have to throw all my stuff away all my family photos and memories have rat poop and pee all over, the rats ate through all my family photos I can’t put a price on all the memories I will never be able to get back.
