Went here to fill up my truck, costs literally a 100$ each time. I come to this speedway because it’s the closest. However, won’t be coming back to this place. I’m cleaning out the trash from my truck and a male worker comes over and just violently grabs the trash can and says if you have more trash you can take it to the dumpster in the back. Last time I checked; the trash cans are there for the CUSTOMERS convenience . I spend so much money at this place to feel harassed. I’m sorry you don’t want to do your job and empty the trash cans when they are full.
No signs or anything indicating they are completely out of Unleaded and Mid-grade!
Absolute laziness Garbage cans are ALL over flowing with trash and there is no receipt paper at pumps you have to go in. Clean up your gas station. Yuck!
I’m leaving this review for my coworker who had just shown me a video that was taken while she was stranded in the parking lot trying to exchange a bottle of tire flat. She had purchased a defective can and just wanted to exchange it. And this lady was screaming at her. Not acceptable for someone to scream at a customer like that. We work right next door and come there frequently for snacks and drinks. We will not be back.
The entrance is difficult to use with any mobility aid. Aisles are wide enough for any mobility aid. The check out is at standing height and not easily accessible to wheelchair users. Overall a frustrating experience designed for able bodied people and not with disabilities in mind.
Closes at 10 event though it's listed as closing at 11. Most speedway are 24/7 not impressed
You have to ask for a bathroom key, and it was the dirtiest I have ever seen. Then simply walking out the door and the exit door is locked, you have to use the one in front of the cashier, so they’re basically accusing you of theft and your not welcome there or simply use the restroom.
Is it just me or is the short lady with the mustache and sometimes nails so long she can’t even type numbers on a screen easily just a really nasty person. Every time she has been behind the counter she either is rude to me , or another customer . I can tell she hates her job. I avoid this store at all costs because of her . I hope she finds a different job that she doesn’t hate so much. Because I know she’s hurting that business. I would recommend avoiding this store .
Stopped by today to fill tank. Firstly I don't like pay at the pump, but oh well it was not a big deal until I was finished, the pump says to go inside for a receipt Ok.. I go inside, wait at the counter, no other customers, I am waiting while 3 employees behind counter talking to each other. One looks at me, does nothing. I finally said "hello customer". Then the male employee says I could have gone around to the other counter where he was standing. I was always led to believe that the employee waits on the customer and not the other way around. Have you ever heard of customer service?
They advertise one price and charge u different at register, and no not talking about any tax. Then get mad when u call them on it!!
