Freedom Pharmacy

They are simply the worst. I swear to you, nothing in the IUI/IVF process is more painful than having to call Freedom Pharmacy and getting your order fulfilled on time. Blood samples, ultrasounds, medication with side effects, getting a trigger shot, or the frustration of getting a period after going through all of that. Nothing is worse than realizing you'll have to call Freedom Pharmacy one more time. This last time I told them to bill my card if they didn't get my insurance authorization on time, and I would work on a reimbursement later. Did they do it? Nope. I found out by calling them to ask what was the tracking number and found out my order was still on limbo. So frustrating.

Worst Pharmacy ever! When you are dealing with fertility meds it is EXTREMELY important to ship medications on time. They were late on every medication, took several phone calls to even process an order. I will also be making a complaint to our doctors office to try and save someone else from having to deal with this company. A medication being late can be the difference between getting pregnant and not. If your medication timing is off you have basically at the bare minimum just thrown a $1,000 away for that cycle.

The worst company ever. Couldn’t even ship medications on time.
