The staff at Freedom self storage are amazing! Other's should take classes in regard to customer service from this group! The facility is clean, well maintained and secure! Thank you for making me feel that my belongings were secure!
Let me start off by saying Antonio was very pleasant. This was my first time using a storage unit despite my previous job as a storage Expert with a Jacksonville, Florida company. The company I worked for was a bit behind times but Freedom is further behind. I think they would excell with a revised training program and upgraded retail/promotional incentives. The reps should always show the unit before renting or starting paperwork. The company might want to include move-in specials such as 1st month free with second month pre-pay, three month 1/2 off with prepay or 25% off; all with the restriction of the purchase of a "Storage value pack" Dust cover, damprid, disc lock, and a magnetic flashlight. I pray this company takes this review and helps the company excell towards new heights. Sincerely, Dorothy Young
Everyone was super friendly. Very helpful. We needed a storage unit on a last minute family emergency and the staff went out of there way to help me. They made the process very easy and I am very appreciative
I've been using Freedom for going on 8 years now and I'm very happy here. Attentive to any questions or concerns I have which typically are few. The property is well maintained and clean. Pam and Minnie are amazing and always put in the extra effort to keep me happy.
This is my 3rd or 4th time renting with Freedom and I love them. I will continue to rent with them each time I need a storage. The prices are reasonable, the staff is very nice and friendly and the facility is easy to access. Love them !
