Freedom Smoke is a great place to come for juice, accessories, Vape kits, and just about everything that you would need. The staff is very good at helping you right away and even when they're busy they get to you when they can. Honestly some things are way overpriced and could be price down a little bit. When I walk in I feel welcomed and that I know that they're going to help me with what I need and there has not been a time where they have not been able to help me. One thing I do enjoy is that there is always a new flavor of the month every time I come in. Some are better than others but they're all pretty good juice. Employees are very polite to help you get in and get out very quick and they do the best to help you with everything that you need.
Extremely helpful and courteous. Needed a beauty ring for vapor stick and even though outdated bow they came up with a beauty. Fit great and does terrific. They let me have for free. Always fair prices and very helpful. Their juices and terrific. No assembly line junk. Guys help with anything and tasting is free no charge. Best Vapor store in West Michigan by far!:-D. Keep it up guys.
I have absolutely no complaints. I've been vaping for almost 6 years and I have always gone to Freedom Smoke. The service is always friendly, the staff is always great about answering any questions I have or helping me if I have any issues. You can try different flavors before you choose which ones you want to purchase, and the juice is always blended to my specification right then and there.
I have always had excellent service at Freedom Smoke. The employees greet me as soon as I walk in. I feel so welcome. Staff are very knowledgeable. Not pushy. Matt H at Freedom Smoke in Holland MI is extremely helpful. He can answer questions about the types of juice Freedom Smoke offers and lets you try flavors you may like based on what you’ve told him. He knows all about coils and which mod would work best for you. Excellent customer service. He even walks you to the door and opens it for you on the way out. Very happy with my experience at Freedon Smoke.
I've only had 10/10 customer service here. Very helpful and kind staff. Huge variety of juices to choose from made in-house without much wait time. Only cons are that Freedom closes a bit earlier than other shops I've been to and the prices are slightly higher but the quality is worth the slight price increase. This is a very nice establishment.
Freedom smoke is amazing, personal service, too knotch in house mixed fresh to order juice. Matt and Adrian are both great guys, great at customer service, always makeel me feel welcome, and never fail to provide me with a premium juice experience.
The guys at this shop know their business. Whether you are new to vaping or an old hand, they can help you find what you want, recommend the ideal setup for you, or troubleshoot any issues you may have. Their juice mixes are great, the selection very encompassing, and they are one of the few places where you can customize your mixes and flavors.
Some nice employees but I switched to shopping online because my mod had defects and they didn't have the variety to break the cycle and I am glad I did. Without changing my budget do I get 4 coils for what I paid for 1, I get more juice and the ability to experiment with different brands and types
I came in, was the middle customer of three. They tell me since my juice took the longest to make, mine was going to be last no big deal. I explain I'm on a 30 minute lunch break. Multiple customers coming and going until 40 minutes later, they come out and explain they'll get to mixing mine after they deal with the other customers.... yep, after 40 minutes of waiting they are still intentionally prioritizing other customers over me. This is the second time I had an experience like this, they've lost a loyal customer to the internet. Sending someone repeatedly to the back of the line because what you agreed to sell them is inconvenient is horrible customer service...
They lesser to be great and now they switched to lying about their products. Told my husband that to use his new vape too this special battery charger because supposedly the mod doesn't have the ability to use a USB to charge. Come to find out that was a lie and then the employee refused to refund the money for the $80 battery charger that wasn't even needed and refused to give the owners contact info. I tried to find an email through the website there isn't one listed. Extremely mad that now they are just lying to try to push products people would not buy normally.
