I was gifted flowers from Freeman’s for Valentine’s day 2017. When I arrived home I found a door tab that said “Sorry we missed you” with a time stamp of 1:45 pm that had a checkmark next to the “please phone us” option which is right next to the other options of “please pick up” and “your delivery is at the following address.” Keep in mind that I live at an apartment complex that has a great office staff and is always willing to take in packages or deliveries for the residents. When I called and asked if there was any chance of redelivery I was told they would not redeliver due to an already failed attempt. The tag for the flowers very clearly states “deliver after 2:00 pm” on it. I agreed to go and pick the flowers up but asked for a refund for the delivery fee since they had attempted the delivery prior to the agreed to time. This request was also denied. While the flowers were nice, the quality is comparable to that of United and I’m sure the prices at United are a lot more reasonable. Regardless the customer service by itself will have me not returning to Freeman’s for any future floral needs and I strongly urge everyone else to take their service to a company that is willing to stand by their word and make things right with their customers…or at the very least a company that is willing to attempt redelivery when a fee is paid for it I’ve personally dealt with competitors that have come back to bring me a delivered gift after having missed me.
I have had several disasters in having flowers ordered and delivered by an out of town florist, but Freeman's Flowers is awesome. My niece is in an Amarillo hospital and I wanted to send her an arrangement. The young lady I spoke with was very helpful and efficient. The flowers were delivered promptly and the arrangement was fresh and beautiful. My niece was delighted. Thank you, Freeman Flowers..
I called at noon wanting flowers delivered to my daughter by 4 pm and not only did they do it but on the busiest week of the year for florist it being Valentines Week!! Freeman's created a work of art for my aunts 95th birthday. I live out of state and order birthday flowers every year for my aunt who lives in Amarillo. This year she turned 95 years young. I wanted a florist that would take the time to create an arrangement that was more than ordinary. In the past, ordering flowers from other florists was stressful. Delivery drivers didn't follow specific instructions and some orders were either lost or never delivered. One delivery was left outside on a neighbors porch and another sat inside an open garage at the wrong address. Freeman's followed every detail and emailed step by step delivery updates with a final confirmation. I ordered a tall arrangement with a keepsake vase by calling the store direct. It was important that the flowers capture the fall season and celebrate the birthday spirit. The Freeman's representative was amazing and the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. Not only did she spend the time to get all the details of the order, she hand picked the beautiful vase. My aunt was thrilled with the flowers and still talks about how vivid the colors were. She told me when she looked at the beautiful colors she felt happy. Doesn't get any better than that! Thank you Freeman's Flowers. Love ordering flowers from these guys, I always give them some freedom to create something beautiful and they make it happen every time. Great customer service and reasonable prices, if You ever need flowers delivered in Amarillo, this is the place to go!
I decided to have flowers delivered to this woman we'll call her "K.W" that I am quite particular too. Here's the thing, K.W is a very special kind of girl, and since I'm out of state, I needed to have these delivered with a little extra flourish. Nothing too forward, because KW is the kind of gal that needs to be courted in a very respectful and proper manner, but something a little unique because well... if a person isn't willing to do something special for someone they think is beautiful, then they should just quit being a human. Hand in their badge, and go be a cactus or something. So I left very specific instructions for the florist and the delivery driver, and to my delight they pulled through! KW says they are beautiful, and being a creative, talented, and beautiful person herself, she would know. So I'm sold. Anyway these guys are great, I look forward to using them again in the future :
So this is my first time ever getting flowers delivered for a special occasionmy anniversary, and i am very depleased. Let me start off by saying the flowers are nice and they did well on that, but they completely ruined the surprise of it all. They called my phone while i was asleep and my wife picked it up without confirming it was me they asked my wife when i wanted the flowers delivered even tho it clearly states when i wanted them delivered on the ticket ruining the whole point of getting them should have just canceled but i want her to have them. Not to mention i put in the special instructions to call me before arriving so i can come out and get them to not waking up my baby if she was sleeping which they did not and just rang the door bell waking her up. So over all paying almost 50$ for just three sunflowers, them not following any directions and also ruining the whole experience leaves me not wanting to ever get flowers delivered again. If i ever do end up trying again i,m not using this place.
My husband bought me a huge bouquet of flowers for my birthday last week, but they started wilting just days after receiving them. I was very disappointed they did not last long.
