They have washers that hold up to 135Lbs more then most laundromats for cheap rates saves you time and effort much convenience when you work multiple jobs and don't want spend a whole day doing laundry.
First time going to this laundromat. It’s big and plenty of availability machines. Looks clean and people seem friendly. HOWEVER, the only issue, and it’s a big one…the washing machines stink like mildew. All of them. I picked the two that smelled the least but even those stunk. How often are you running a cleaning cycle on your machines? I have limited experience with laundromats but the few I’ve been to over the last couple of years have never had this issue. I brought my clothes home to dry them so we’ll see how they smell when they’re done. I’m hoping I don’t have to go back to a laundromat to re-wash them.
The laundry facility is very well equipped however some staff members are extremely rude and take the laundry carts we are using without your permission. They really need customer service skills.
**Scam** The machine says "put 20 and get 5". But when you notice you don't get 5 extra after buying 20 they said "oh that's only cash" But the sign doesn't say "only cash".... Then they say "free dry" But if you wash and dry all your clothes here they will charge you every time you use more than 3 dryers.
The staff is always super nice, and they always keep the place neat. My problem is with the people that can't even wait for you to take out your laundry out when they're already trying to throw their clothes in. Normally I sit in my car and wait with a timer on my phone, and just now I came back inside to find my clothes in a cart put to the side after a while of looking for it. There was this lady with a mean look on her face expecting me to say something. I just feel like on this particular situation, the staff should keep an eye out more, people need to be more respectful.
Everything is costing more and more, which wouldnt be a problem if they'd use that money to fix the 50 broken dryers instead of buying massage chairs
I've been going here for the last 2 years and recently Im disappointed I understand people drop off laundry and want it done but laundry attendants now mark washers and dryers to be out of order so they can make use of them.. this needs to be addressed it shouldn't happen
I’m on the road and I haven’t been to the laundromat in decades. Great place. Very clean and paying for washing and free drying is a great idea. The dryers start with 35 minutes which is plenty of time to dry my clothes. It seems more energy efficient as you don’t buy more time than you need.
Place is clean, machines are new, service cost is high, however they charge your card when you dry and that service is suppose to be "Free" ...when i ask employee they say they don't know!!!.... Won't come back again...stay away...
Would have given more stars but like others I have been charged to dry my clothes after I washed them there. I mentioned it to the ladies who work there. They just say I don't know and swipe there card to give me more drying time? It usually happens towards the end of my drying. As soon as I get my new washer and dryer I won't need to go there. Other than that it's a decent place.
