What a wonderful staff. The owner of this establishment should be very proud of the staff they have. Very helpful, patient and friendly. Great price and a good quality mattrass made in America. I am very happy with my purchase and will return. The best part is the hand written thank you card I received in the mail, what a lost art it is to thank your customers. I decided to do this review after I received the card, the staff goes the extra mile and I can do no less. Thank you so much for a great experience and a clean and organized environment.
The customer service at Freight Direct Furniture of Farmington is outstanding! They are professional and extremely helpful! They have great prices and quality. Don't look any further if you need Furniture in the four corners! Delivery was quick and smooth. I highly recommend checking this place out!
This place is great. It was truly one of the most comfortable shopping experiences. The staff was very helpful with selection had options in stock. They went out of their way to deliver early as we were in a bind after our furniture was lost by the moving company. Such a great family business.
My wife and I recently bought a loveseat and chair from "Freight Direct" Farmington. They had exactly what we wanted and at a good price - that's significant. The staff, and especially Shanna, were helpful and a pleasure to do business with.
This place is legit. I found exactly what i was looking for and for a reasonable price. Staff is extremely helpful. Especially Courtney. She LISTENED and responded based on my needs as a customer. I am very satisfied with my purchase. It definitely makes me want to go back for other furniture. They have financing options. Soooo glad that I picked them over Ashley's and Big Lots.
They messed up my mom's order
We had to redecorate and add furniture to 4 rooms in our church extremely friendly, worked with our budget delivered and set up the furniture on the second floor that has no elevator. Can’t wait to use them again!
They had a sale going on and a salesman madr me a deal on a mattress. I came back the next day and they honored what he quoted with no problem. Great experience.
We bought 2 recliners and a sofa from Shanna at Freight Direct. She worked with us to find just what we were looking for. The staff went above and beyond to insure that our experience was the best. When their delivery men delivered the furniture they even moved our old furniture out for us. We would highly recommend Freight Direct to anyone looking for quality furniture. If they don't have it, they will order it for you.
The furniture is great for the price! And the service is even better! We had a damaged dresser that we didn't realize until we unpacked it we picked it up, and were so worried about them replacing it. We called and they immediately offered to replace it and even delivered the replacement the same day, free of charge. We're very impressed and will be buying out furniture there from now on.
