Our Mission: To develop relationships and resources to advance patient care and clinical excellence Methodist Fremont Health.
Guided by our mission, “to develop relationships and resources to advance patient care and clinical excellence at Fremont Health”, the Foundation is an important source of funding for Fremont Health Medical Center and provides dollars that are vital for the enhancement and expansion of the Medical Center.
The Fremont Health Foundation is a nonprofit organization and accepts financial gifts to meet the needs that will support the Fremont Health Medical Center and the services it provides. A local volunteer Board of Directors sees to it that these gifts are well managed and used effectively.
Fremont Health Medical Center provides services through its own operation and finances and does not require county or taxpayer funding. This financial independence is important, ensuring efficient operation with an emphasis on quality healthcare. For this reason, the Foundation’s work on behalf of the Medical Center is especially important. Contributions help to enhance and expand our hospital’s technology, services, resources, and support the individuals who care for patients in our community. By supporting our Foundation, donors can help make certain that Fremont Health Medical Center can continue to build a healthy future for generations to come.
Though money directed to the unrestricted fund can benefit the most people being served at the Medical Center, there are a number of gift programs available through the Foundation. Honor gifts, Memorials, Planned gifts, Endowments and Scholarships are just some of the options.
