I moved in earlier this year but was already pretty familiar with it. I think it is a good place to live. Clean, offers lunches, entertainment if you're interested. I work part time so don't have time at this point to take parts in a lot of it. My apt is pretty quiet, great view, assigned parking and income based rent. Nice place and many nice staff and Tenants.
In my experiance, Gifford Towers is a great place to live. It is clean. The past bug problems that I've read about in other reviews is, as far as I know, totally under control. Tammy is AWESOME!! Can't walk away after talking to her without having a smile on my face. The maintenance guys are prompt & polite. I could go on and on about Gifford Towers. It is the first place I've ever lived on my own and I'm so in love with my little home!!!!
Lived there 2018...i was bullied and harassed by tenants for no reason i was nothing but nice/polite...i was also made extremely uncomfortable by a couple male tenants...loved my apartment though...but i rarely left to avoid others
My experience was great. AMANDA is so professional She is so great to talk to. Explains problems so you can understand.
I believe each individual will need to form their own opinion. There's a great many people who call this place home. As wit h anywhere, one bad employee can do a lot of damage. I lived there once and when I reapplied 7 years later to move back, that "one" employee lied about an appointment time and I now have to wait a year to reapply. That employee is gone now so misinformation may not be the norm anymore.
Living here at the Towers stinks big time there are residents and staff that make lies about you every day
The cleaning ladies all the time and it smells good but the apartments go in some people are not cleaning smell The receptionist it's not there all the time
Cockroach infestation and I hate living here because there is far too much wrong with this place. Don't move here move somewhere much better for your health then this anxiety crazy place. So much that makes this place not ideal to live.
This is the worst place you could possibly move! They are overrun by bedbugs and arent treated properly. Its like a jail cell and you will never get ur deposit back when you move out. If there is anywhere else u can go... Go there!
I arrived on time for my interview and was finished in 30 minutes.
