Lots of great techs, nurses & doctors. Manager & office staff at this location are inadequate to say the least. Messed up a vacation request & a transfer request when given a month to complete each task. Had to change vacation around & am also transferring to Davita since Fresinius couldn’t process my transfer & guarantee me a chair I was willing to accept any shift. I was a PD patient for over 11 years & a hemo patient more than 4 yrs with Fresinius but this last screw up was too much to accept anymore. If you are looking at Fresinius for dialysis, you may want to consider other options.
