I have been going to Dr. Jentzsch for five years now. The whole staff is kind, friendly, and professional. The atmosphere of the clinic is peaceful. Most importantly, my teeth have never felt better. Dr. J is a master of fixing injured teeth, each one that he has helped me with is a new favorite tooth.
Extremely friendly staff! Most people don’t like going to the dentist, I am one of those people. I felt so at ease here and taken care of. Happy to find a great office to return to!
I had a first appointment with Dr. Jentzsch this morning. I thought it was just a get to know you , take some xrays to get established as a patient in case of any tooth emergency type of a deal. I had a chipped lower front tooth that was causing some discomfort on my tongue but figured he could smooth it down at my next cleaning appointment as I have been living with it for over a year. Not only did he fill that tooth back to original condition, there was a corresponding smaller but visible chip on my upper front tooth that he filled and made it look undamaged as well. They just jumped in and did it , no big deal . Dr. Jentzsch and his team really exceeded my expectations today. I'm a big fan!! and that's not something that I thought I'd ever say about ANY dentist .
Dr. Jentzsch just finished putting in the crown for my implant surgery he performed. I am impressed with his care, ability and his extreme competence. Very happy to have him as my dentist!
They were able to fit me in to their busy schedule very quickly. Receptionist, dentist and hygienists are all very kind and welcoming. All around great, 5 stars!
Always a joy to see the staff and get the quality care I haven’t seen since my dentist in the 1970’s. Always accommodating my whacky schedule and ever changing needs. I recommend to any person or family. Thought I was gonna need dentures but they were able to work with me a piece at a time to keep my teeth. That’s call patient care and not going for my $$$. Again, a true joy.
The office is great in that they setup appointments so people have little or no wait and the hygienist and Dr Jentzsch are spot on looking for any little problem and warning about proper flossing and brushing. I love going to Fresh Dental, glad I found them.
For the first time in my life I had an urgent problem with my mouth that needed attention. I stopped in to see my Dentist Dr. Jentzsch in Eugene, OR to make an appointment. The receptionist told me they could work me in right then and immediately called for an X-Ray. Dr. Jentzsch saw me and performed a minor surgery that seems to have solved my pain and problem. He was no-nonsense professional, dealt with the issue and then moved on to his regularly scheduled appointments. I felt so relieved and grateful. I did not have to wait.
I’ve not taken good care of my teeth and I’m grateful to the folks at Fresh Dental, Tony in particular, for their kind, never shaming, diligent care.
The office is very professional. My hygienist did a marvelous cleaning, and the dentist gave me a quick thorough exam. I was very pleased with my treatment.
