The Fresno Fire Department provides emergency services for Fresno City, Fig Garden Fire Protection District, North Central Fire Protection District, and Fresno Yosemite Internaitonal airport.
Established in 1877, the Fresno Fire Department is one of the oldest fire departments in the United States. Today, with 326 uniformed men and women, we serve over a half million residents spread out over 300 square miles.
