Fresno Mobile Home and RV Park

Very friendly staff. The spots are very tight, but we didn’t have a problem parking our 30’ . Mostly permanent residents. Clean, and quiet. The biggest drawback is the area, lots of homeless wandering around.Rooms: 4/5

Management is great and on top of things in this little park. The grounds are clean and well manicured weekly. The pool is clean. The restrooms are clean. The laundry room is clean and the machines work great! You wouldn't know this park is here if you weren't looking for it. A hidden gem! Joann is super helpful, courteous, and kind. She looks out for and really tries to go above and beyond for the people who stay here. We've really enjoyed our time here.ive posted photos of the lovely sites with trees for shade and some of the interesting avian visitors. Safety: It's Fresno. Homelessness in Fresno is a major issue and the problem can't be escaped. That said, they do sometimes wander through the park in the middle of the night. I don't think there's anything to be done about that and it's not the management or park's fault. Just be aware to make sure your belongings are secured. We didn't have any real problems aside from a few attempts at our e-bikes. But, no matter where we are, they are secured and have alarms so that tends to put off any would-be thieves.

!Wonderful park! Joanne the Manager is a beautiful sweetheart!! I can say with Upmost confidence that Joanne is Most Definitely a Lady of her word, her word is Good as Gold. In this world nowadays, people don't do what they say they will do. I phoned the Park not knowing someone would actually answer the call at 7:30pm seeking a site for a few days. Joanne cheerfully answered the phone, informed me that yes she will have a spot for my van. She didn't want my CC on the phone, l wondered if it would be real. YES. YES, YES!! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, its like a big happy family, really! The tenant's assist Joanne as needed, she is a busy gal may l introduce Junin, a delightful young man, with a smile from ear to ear. He assists Joanne, what a great team! I found the long term tenants to be very considerate of one another and, also very welcoming to overnighters. They were all very friendly. The noise level would drop to zero in the evening and throughout the night. Good for sleeping. I experienced no theft or hassles. I walked around the corner to McDonald's restaurant for burgers for my 2 dogs. Of course plain, they felt special . Everyone l encountered on my walks around the neighborhood were very friendly and nice. I did not experience any Crazy Dogs, in or out of the park. The Bathroom and shower's were very clean and lots of hot water. The Laundry facility was clean, the machines even worked lol ! I felt a little tug on my heartstrings when l pulled out. Yes, l would stay again, in a sec!!

I was a little sketched out by the surroundings…not familiar with Fresno but this is clearly in a rough part of town. That said, I felt very safe once in the park, which is extremely well kept and has big, clean bathrooms with luxurious showers. The “pull-thru” spots along the road require backing out for larger rigs, but the manager was out there with me at 7am to pause traffic and direct me to pull out safely. My only real complaint is that traffic was loud passing by at night, with what sounded like people racing every so often. I would absolutely stay here again.

Travelling home in our RV, called Joanne. She was very accommodating and had a large pull through spot available. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms: Very clean washrooms and laundry facilities.

Thank you Joanne and team for our one night stay. We appreciated your hospitality on short notice. The tree lined grounds with clean bathrooms and laundry were enjoyed. The beautiful pool was a bonus on the 105 degrees day. We’ll definitely stay again when passing through Fresno!

Wow! It just goes to show that there are still good people out there. So, I'm homeless with a car and a job. Pulled into the Fresno Mobile Home & R.V. Park where I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Joanne and some other very nice guests. Very nice place to stay.

Just used the facilities for our mobile trailer needs. Nice, friendly and accessible!

I currently reside here at the mobile & rv park and I love it here. The manager is a really sweet, listening understanding person and she holds to her word. Not just that though she really goes out of her way for her tenants! In my opinion, it's a very quiet park and it's family and children friendly and VERY well maintained. I highly recommend this park to anybody looking for long term, one night, short term whatever your time frames are. You won't regret choosing the Fresno Mobile & Rv Park!!!

I stayed here with my children for several months as a travel nurse on contract. We had an excellent experience. The management was always helpful, they went above and beyond when/if we had any issues, the pool was always clean and well kept, the bathrooms are updated and very clean. The full time residents are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Would return if I am ever placed in Fresno again and bring my RV.
