One of the best places to buy the piano. We had a great experience purchasing our piano from the Steinway piano gallery of Fresno for my daughter. You can really tell they care about their customers and the staff are very focused on making your experience wonderful. Their service and price are nice with extremely experience share how to use and which piano is worth. I am very grateful to have a chance making this big purchase from them.
The Steinway Piano Gallery of Fresno were incredible to work with. We had a very last minute need for a location and a piano and without hesitation, Gwen and her team made it happen. Their pianos are beautiful and the space is well designed that the sounds of the keys throughout the building are magical to the ears. There was a lot of attention to detail put into the atmosphere of the gallery — AND most importantly, the team at Steinway Piano Gallery of Fresno were professional and attentive to our needs. Great place to do business and a staff that makes you feel like family.
I absolutely love this store. My kids have been taking piano lessons here for 6 years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They also have a breathtaking piano gallery that I absolutely love. This is an over all experience for a piano lover. I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else.
The best place in California to purchase a piano. An excellent variety of models with all types of prices. They have from really exclusive and rare models like the Steinway Astor Model B, to affordable accoustic and digital pianos. They have it all and I was amazed. The best was their kind, professional and thoughtful staff. I genuinely felt understood as a customer and viewed as a real person, not just as a buyer. That makes the real difference between them and the other stores in the valley. Their music school is the absoulte best. Every teacher shows professional attitude to the students, they are extremely knowledgeable. I saw every music student leaving with a wide smile and definitely wanted the same music experience for my son. I am glad God brought us to this amazing place.
Heynard the sales representative at Steinway was simply amazing . We wanted to get a piano for our mom and she’s elderly so he sent us a video of the piano and how it sounded so we could show her. My sister and I went in and met with Heynard he was very nice and showed us differences in piano sounds on various ones. We bought the piano my mom wanted and he had it delivered the next morning. We can’t say enough about the wonderful service we received from him and the Steinway Gallery in Fresno ! I highly recommend!
We had a great experience buying our piano. The people are very pleasant and professional. And we got a very good deal on our new Essex piano by Steinway. I will recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used piano.
This is a wonderful store with a warm and friendly staff. They will accommodate you if you need a new or used piano or if you need to use their facility. In my case, I use their beautiful recital hall which includes a 9 foot grand Steinway piano each year to showcase my piano students in a recital. This year, even with a pandemic, I was allowed to use their facility to give two small recitals and they took extra time to make sure everything was sanitized and safe. One of the staff members, Gwen, taught me how to record the recital on YouTube so students could share the performance with other family members who could not attend. If you need a new piano, don’t hesitate to call then. The ownersHans and Heyner will work with you in every situation and work out a great deal for you. Highly recommend this place!!
Hans and Hamer were amazing to work with. They were able to custom order the piano in the finish I wanted. They loaned me a piano while I was waiting for mine to arrive due to delayed shipping. My only complaint would be that they did not communicate each time the piano was delayed. It was not an issue because I had a piano on loan, but would have appreciated more updates. Overall I would definitely go to them again!
The best Fresno-area hub for piano growth and availability. Good choice of pianos with great advice. Great gathering place for teachers and students with the studios available and stunning recital hall. Their impact in the community will be great for piano education for years to come.
My children take piano lessons from Heyner, the owner of Fresno Steinway. He is the best piano teacher- my kids love him!!! They have learned more from him in one year than they have from any of their previous teachers combined. He is so musically inspirational, patient, fun and encouraging. We couldn’t ask for a better teacher. When we recently decided to buy a new piano for our kids, Heyner worked with us to find a high quality piano within our price range. He made it affordable for us. Fresno Steinway has the highest quality pianos in a wide range of prices- there is something for everyone! We are so pleased with the quality and sound of our new piano and we were very pleased with the delivery- everything went very smoothly. I can’t say enough about this business. We are very appreciative of their kindness, professionalism and quality of product and service.
