Staff did not wrap or bag my two expensive bottles of vodka. They were both broken on the way home. $125 down the toilet. Had to go back and get two more bottles. They did not even apologize for not packing properly. So, I spent $250 on vodka. Second time, they put vodka in an empty wine box. No apology.
This store has the NA beer that I like so I usually shop here. The customer service hasn’t always been the greatest; however, there are two young men Kenny and Malik who are kind and respectful and go out of their way to take care of the customers. Because of them, I’ll keep coming back.
Went to the store on 7/20 to order a keg of Corona for pick-up on 7/28. I was told the keg will be delivered to the store on 7/26 and I was welcome to pick it up any day after. Showed up on 7/28 and they didn't have the keg; never attempted to call to let me know the distributor failed to deliver. They offered a refund, no compensation for the inconvenience, and had an attitude that demonstrated complete indifference. Was hosting a family reunion with 40 people in attendance and if it wasn't for Total Wine & More bailing me out, we would have been empty handed. Won't visit this store again.
Best place to find adult beverages I've been to. Ridiculously good selections, you'll likely find what you want here. Also a very good spot to acquire your own home-brewing supplies. Lowest prices I've seen for almost everything they carry. Worth the trip. Constantly changing the stock, always worth going back to see whats new!
Don't expect anyone to help you no matter how many times you wander past them. If it says they have it in stock, don't hold your breath, they probably don't. If you asked when they get in again, the answer is once a month. So I suggest pick somewhere else to shop.
Selection is poor, store is dirty, humidor is 1/3 empty, and prices are no better than any other liquor store
Alcohol selection is wide, employees are very friendly and welcoming. Manager schedules interviews snd blows them off without so much as an “I’m sorry”. Do better, Chad.
They have everything I needed ! Love me some Stella Artois cidre
I don’t mind buying wine there but the whiskey prices are a joke.
Staff was extremely helpful in finding the product I wanted. Overall a very well stocked liquor store.
