The location is great with plenty of parking. I like the layout when you first walk in. Feels grand and promotes alot of the upcoming movies as you move up to the concession stand. Recliners are always a plus. Bathrooms are pretty clean and conveniently close to each room. Not a fan of paying so much extra if you want to buy tickets online.
We have an unlimited Regal subscription and visit this theatre often. The bathrooms are usually clean and stocked and we usually can walk right into the theater since we buy our tickets online. I do like that that put ‘ticket takers’ at each end of the movie halls. And we LOVE the reclining chairs!
I visited here at 9pm on a Friday evening to see Cocaine Bear with my friend. Prior to visiting, I bought the unlimited movies subscription for like $20 a month, which is a good deal. I hadn’t been to this theater in a while. You had to go to the concession counter to check in. I contemplated on getting popcorn/drink but opted not too. I had ate a late dinner shortly before heading there. Plus, the prices are typical and expensive, lol. The cashier handed me my physical ticket but didn’t tell me what theater or the direction, which is my typically experience at movies. I had to look at my ticket stub to find out. The theater itself was fine. I noticed that all the doors were open. You could hear the movies from the hallway when you walked past. I thought they closed the door after the previews? My friend and I sat at the top row. The seats reclined, which was nice. The recliner seats were leather and were cracking/peeling. They definitely need to repair or fix them. Other than that, no major complaints. The movie was decent lol. It’s based on a true story but it was definitely exaggerated from what really occurred.
Very nice theatre environment. The reclining seats are nice and I feel as if when you get the largest size of popcorn or drink that it’s better worth your money since the medium size is a dollar less and the small is two dollars less.
Movies were a last-minute, late evening 10pm decision. No clue what was playing, times, anything. The concession stand attendant made it easy to decide on a film, answering questions about each title, I fully expected she would grow impatient, but she remained friendly and professional throughout the experience. Great job. I see another visit in the near future.
Positives: - The seats were comfortable - The picture and audio quality was good Negatives: - Regal's website made me "wait in line" for 15 minutes just to buy a ticket. The *website* actually made me wait in a virtual line. - There was no one at the ticket booth. To get my ticket, I had to wait in line at the concession stand. - The concession stand line was 20 minutes long. I got charged a convenience fee for a total of 35 minutes of waiting. There is no convenience when you can't even skip the line ordering online. - The fire alarm went off when there was no emergency or fire. Someone in the theater said this happened yesterday too. Seems to be a common occurrence lately? The last bit of the movie was cut off and we were simply told people would "eventually" get a refund. - Someone was screaming in the bathroom and police were called to try and escort them out. - Tons of immature people, talks of people going to fight outside after the movie, absolutely no one in the theater was doing anything to deal with that situation. I did not feel safe exiting the theater at night because of this. All of this in one visit. Do not recommend.
We saw Thor: Love & Thunder. It was Monday at 6:10 pm, and the theater was pretty empty six people in the back and two in the middle of the theater. They seem to be running at partial capacity. First, they were out of pretzels and they had a sign that they were currently offering a limited menu. And second, an entire row of toilets in the men’s bathroom was out of order. In other words, it seems that management lets some issues slide rather than fixing them right away to keep everything at 100%. I’m not sure how much business movie theaters get in July 2022. It would make sense if business is coming back slowly after COVID. I’m definitely thankful that the theater is still open because I had a good experience. However, I feel that docking them a star is still fair because some elements that people have come to expect such as pretzels from the movie experience are no longer available at least at this theater.
Went here to see Oppenheimer and Barbie like many people did this summer, buying tickets and snacks was easy. Staff was friendly, the only downside was the bathroom was dirty and had no toilet paper or soap despite the whole building being devoid of customers.
Theater was great, clean, short lines and great snacks. Not sure that Elemental was the best Pixar movie I've enjoyed but our granddaughter loved it. Not sure younger than 7 1/2 would get as much from it though....
We went to this location for the first time this weekend and will never be back. What a dump! The floor in front of the concessions area was filthy and they were out of nearly everything on their menu. The employees clearly didn't give a single f----. No condiments for popcorn whatsoever. The reclining seats were so shabby looking and really narrow, obviously to fit as many in as possible. Just a really run-down, depressing theater.
