Dr. Nguyen and Lindsay at this practice are outstanding! In addition to being great at what they do, they are the nicest people and make you feel so comfortable. Dr. Nguyen has gone out of her way to figure out how to make sure our insurance pays and explains everything so well. I once was debating my daughter having her wisdom teeth out and asked Dr. Nguyen to evaluate. I wasn't with my daughter for the visit so I called the clinic with a follow up question. Dr. Nguyen called me back and spent quite awhile on the phone with me answering my questions even though they don't do wisdom teeth extractions. She is so sweet! And Lindsay is so patient and thorough in everything she does. I enjoy visiting with her!
To start off, the staff was very friendly, and the hygienists were professional. The only thing I didn’t like was my doctor, who wanted to get as much teeth done as possible but avoided the main reason I came to the clinic in first place. Earlier, those teeth didn’t bother me and I didn’t notice a lot of problems about them, but one tooth that was bothering me was not done at all. I was just told I need a crown for it, even though there was another way to do it until I was ready for the crown to be done. Well, I still have THAT hollow tooth… Then, on my 3rd appointment the Doctor did a lot more teeth, and I was told to stay put and wait for the Doc to come back, who never did. I joined my sister in the hallway who started laughing like crazy the second she saw me. Then she took a video of me and I noticed that I have the Bell’s syndrome. If you don’t know what it is, look it up. Can be even permanent sometimes… I did work in a dental office for some time and I’ve never seen such a horrible side effect I was experiencing then… I looked like I was after a stroke! . I cancelled my next appointment, and so did my mom with hers, and the weird thing is that the Doctor never apologized. It’s been a few months already and I still feel pain in those teeth that were done by her, whenever I eat ice cream or drink a hot beverage. I hate to criticize, and do hope Doctors would be more careful. Just saying what I’ve gone through… An apple a day keeps a doctor away lol
I had my first visit with Friendly Dental this morning. The front desk staff and the dental assistant were great. Everyone was friendly and professional. The dentist and the hygienist were great too. I recommend this dental office!!
Please do not go to this place. I had a dental filling and got a really bad infection on a Monday. I call on Tuesday and the front desk told me, to only use salt and water, I felt like they didn’t care. Salt and water really got it worse because it only hurt my mouth worst and it make the infection extended. Over the days it was so bad that I couldn’t eat anything or even talk because of the severest inflammation and pain I had. On Friday I decided to have a visit to another dentist for a construction, in this visit they told me that friendly dental had done a bed practice and that they have never seen someone so bed before. On Monday I went back to friendly dental and I show them what they have done to my mouth, they were literally in shock when they saw my mouth. Before I continue I want to let know that when the filling procedure was about to start the dental assistant was fussing about not wanting to do the filling. Then when the dentist was doing the filling, she and dental assistant were having a conversation about NOT liking to do fillings. Why would you have a conversation about not liking your job on a client face!!! Please do not go here, there are many dental places.This is worst experience of my life!! When I went back they try to say it wasn’t there fault but right after I step out of there my mouth was NOT ok, and of course they will never accept it was there fault. I don’t think they handled it the right way form the beginning It took me over a month for my mouth to come to normal and with all the pain I suffered I literally do not wish nobody to touch my mouth again. I have so much trauma that for now on I will doble check who touch my mouth. It so sad this happened but it rather happened to me and NOT a child!! Before I end, everything in this place is unprofessional starting with the receptionist, always having a bad attitude.
This is a great dental office. All of the staff I have met have been amazing - they are very dedicated, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and work well together. Dentist and staff work for the benefit of the patient.
I have been going to Friendly Dental for a little over a year now, but it seems like forever because everyone is so nice and respectful that they feel like family. I highly recommend Friendly Dental, they really are FRIENDLY!!
Some of these negative reviews seem completely bogus or a mistake. One review named a totally different dentist office and another one star was just asking if they did extractions. And others seem strange and phony. Doesn't seem fair at all. Anyway, my wife and I go here and haven't had any bad issues at all.
Staff at friendly dental are very friendly and professional!!! Everyone has done a great job with my treatment and treats the patient like family!!!! I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good dentistry!!!!!
I had Covid 2 weeks ago when I found out I had Covid I called and let them know, I tried to make a appointment because I was in really bad tooth pain the lady at the front desk told me they had me down for a no call basically, I would not recommend going here they are rude that’s why I changed my dentist today
Best dentist visit experience I ever had. The entire staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Everything was explained and options given. Great clean office. Very professional!! In addition, they communicating well with each other so you don't have to keep repeat what you needed done etc. If you're looking for a great office with professional, compassionate staff & Doctors. I will definitely keep this dental on my favorite list. great free parking available.
