I went in around Christmas of 2022 I was looking for something Smooth and crisp, I personally don't drink to often, but wanted something to compliment a family gathering, one of the staff helped me find a excellent double malt whiskey that paired very well with the cigars I got from the cabinet, thanks again guys the night was perfect, the cigars n whiskey were a hit
Good selection of beer, but you need to make sure and check the dates on the beer. They have a lot of out of date beer on the shelves. I end up putting more beer back on the shelf because it's significantly past it's best buy date than I actually end up buying. Check out staff are not very friendly.
Great selection. If you're buying alcohol staff are tolerable, if you're turning in vouchers from the redemption center you're treated as a nuisance. You have to lay out the vouchers to be scanned and are then directed to take them to the shredder. The redemption center attendants keep the place clean enough and enforce the rules with zeal. Don't show up on open toed shoes you'll be prompted ejected from the premises.
not so friendly or at a discount. selection is ok but people not helpful or friendly, return center is clean and people are actually nicer but when you turn your slips in, its like your bothering them, lay out the slips she says rudely and scans them. they dont want to touch the slips because of "covid" but you touch money all day long. explain that one to me. sorry if i bothered you on your cell phone!
The beer manger is absolutely rude! I asked if they had a certain beer that I know greater good makes and he spoke to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about “they don’t make that kind” repetitively to me and wanted to try to prove it. Yes I am a woman but you don’t speak to woman that way at all! You don’t know who I am and who I know. My father works for the town in tobacco control we know people including the people that own local breweries. I will let this go around, you just don’t talk to people that way. Especially older people and woman!
This is my favorite store for adult libations. They have an amazing selection for everything, and their prices are usually the best for miles around. The staff is positively erudite about their products. A gem.
Love the selection of wines, spirits and beer... Staff is usually friendly, including some of the counter help cashiers. Not the same business as prior to the acquisition... Does not have the same culture as it did before, but would still shop there till something better comes along
Cashier that doesn't wear a name tag probably because she knows people would blow her up on here, asked my significant other to see his id, and then discriminated against him for being a veteran asking "do you have to broadcast the fact that your a veteran on your ID". I don't know who owns or manages this place but you should seriously look into your employees inappropriate behavior.
More like 2-1/2 stars but I rounded up. Great selection but counter staff always makes you feel like your doing them a favor by shopping there.
Went in today, the music playing was so absolutely obnoxious that I left without buying anything.
