I asked this florist to make an exquisite bouquet of flowers but there was some miscommunication on my part. When the designer texted me with what she came up with, it was big and had a few expensive pieces. It was pretty but not what I had in mind. She graciously offered a phone call where I could describe what I had in mind and she started from scratch to create something totally different for the ~$150 I paid total. It was perfect!! My mother loved them. It was something that they didn’t have on the menu but the designer was able to bring what I had in mind to life. This was a very special order as my dad was days away from passing away, and it was mom’s birthday, just a couple of weeks after the passing of her mother too. This florist went above and beyond to create what I had in mind as a gift to my mother to give a bit of sunshine in an incredibly dark place.
FAST AND BEAUTIFUL! I wanted to cheer up my day. So, I placed online order around 8 this morning for same-day delivery. My dad received the flowers before noon and they are beautiful. Thank you team Friendly Florist! I would recommend and use their service again.
On Mother’s Day, I received dozen roses, well two/three days later they were wilting. I called and took back in, I requested not to receive any more roses. Majority of ladies were excellent and understand. One just poured salt in what was already not good day, but I will not let this one lady stop me from doing business with them. 5/23/2022 I received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers with an apology from Phyllis., for the misunderstanding. Just received these for Valentine's Day and I am happy to be thought of but I feel awful that this was even paid for. This is by far the WORST floral arrangement I have ever received, let alone seen. Come on Friendly Florists, you take pride in your work? If this an example of your handiwork, I'm glad flowers are the only thing you are selling. Edit: The photos of what my husband thought he was ordering off of their website. I think it's safe to say a major failure on Friendly Florists part. The order was refunded, as it should have been.
I usually order holiday flowers from here. Fort Walton is my home town. Sadly, I order tulips, 9 shown in the photo, and my wife was delivered a sickly looking arrangement of 7 tulips. 1 had mold and maggots flew out of it. About 5 of the buds are dying and the leaves are wilted. What great Valentine's Day gift. I understand the holidays are busiest times and stressful...I also understand the substitution policy where it says other colors may be substituted. But I disagree with showing a photo of 9 items and only getting 7...let alone getting sickly flowers. To me, flowers are about their appearance. This should have never been delivered let alone sold to anyone. We did receive a refund. But unfortunately that isn't good enough. I'll have to take my chances now and order elsewhere. I instantly thought about how the fast food pictures look on the menu...versus the reality of the smashed up cheeseburger that is actually made and given to you. Half the toppings falling off the side and the entire meal just looking sad.
17th wedding anniversary! My husband called these folks up while we were still in the Midwest and arranged with Wendy to have flowers for me brought to our room at Wyndham gardens before we arrived! 17 lovely roses! A day or so after we arrived we stopped by to visit the gals, had an absolutely wonderful visit in their adorable flower shop! With this being not long after Christmas there was still plenty of winter decoratives to be had, but everything had a fresh look to it as if it had just been brought to the shelves and arranged that morning whether it was flowers or decoratives! I'm sorry that my photo is from a few days later, all the best photos are still on my husband's phone, as he is the one that arranged this surprise! as we were leaving the hotel, so my flowers are beginning to get a little tired and I had pulled some out to dry and save already, but I was still quite enjoying them as we went on our way and my husband gently braced them in and seat-belted them in the backseat of our rental! Ordered some flowers for a birthday the night before. They arrived early in the morning the next day and are absolutely gorgeous! The flowers are stunning and are exactly what I was looking for! :

I didn't got what I ordered. They didn't call to let us know it was not available. It wasn't horrible, but definitely not what I paid for. Would have appreciated if they would let me know before hand and a better customer service when I called.
I needed to buy flowers last minute and i found this place in google. Did not disappoint . The most beautiful flower arrangement i have bought and it’s budget friendly. Will come back to buy again.
