Came into the gas station for red bulls stood there for 15 minutes while cashier chatted with people buying lottery while they were hanging out scratching. After being ignored for the full 15 minutes finally set my items down and left. Worst possible service.
Visited here multiple times, but I actively avoid now. These are my main reasons why: A. Customers AND workers can be rude. B. They're always looking for "help". I've always seen a new face working with the daughter?. Then, the new person is gone the next time I visit. Seems pretty shady... C. As much as some of the stuff is priced nicely, the place is dirty. Could use a heavy cleaning every month. D.. You're better off avoiding this place. Go down to other gas stations; You'll save yourself the trouble and time.
I'm not sure why there's bad reviews? But this place is Great! The Manager and Her Daughter are very kind and helpful! They did a Halloween Event for the Children, and gave away Free food and a lot of treats. The bad reviews are from people who come in Rude and this is one manager who will not stand for it! And I really respect that a lot! The Owner does know about the Bad reviews, but I have heard Him say He doesn't pay any attention to them, because He knows how hard they work and because of the Good compliments He has been given about them. So if your looking for Good prices and Nice people, then please give them a chance. If you are going to be a *Karen* and be rude and think you can spill your abuse on them think again!
The Unfriendly Food Mart! Cashier was very rude, probably the same blonde in the other reviews I went in for gas, no others were in the line. There was one customer at one of the 4 pumps. I handed her my cash and said I'm parked on the other side of him... She rudely said "the numbers are on the pumps" and made no attempt to even look out or provide any customer service!! "I cant see through the windows"...yes you can. She didnt need to be so rude, even if I forgot to look. She wanted me to return to the pump and get the nunber... Took my money back and I will never return there.
The cashier is extremely rude. Gave an attitude as soon as I walked in. I advised her she didnt need to be rude. She said if you dont like it you dont have to come here. Told me to get out. The owner is MIA and doesnt know how horrible the service is. This girl said she was the manager, she is a horrible manager for a customer service job. Never had a problem with the old manager, never rude, always pleasant and informative. I'll go elsewhere. You dont need MY money
My fiance went in to this so called "Friendly" Food Mart to purchase gas and cigarettes. She took in her debit card and photo ID. The photo ID is from when she lived in South Carolina and we are in the process of getting her ID changed to PA, but it is still valid. Now on this on ID she has blonde hair and she now has black hair. The cashier and manager on duty were extremely rude to her and denied her gas and cigarettes claiming that she does not look like the person in her ID and that she wouldnt even be able to purchase gas with her debit card because she doesnt look like her ID. So if you dye your hair and put on some make up and try to use your ID here just beware that you will get turned down with an attitude not only from the cashier but also the manager as well. Oh also her chest tattoos are also showing in her ID and she was wear a low cut shirt when she was in there. But she must of used a sharpy to draw it on to match the ID. Lmao yall need to get your eyes checked along with your attitude cuz the next customer you talk to like that might not think twice and walk out the door. Just sayin...
Attendant is rude and blames it on customers and manager is her mother so believes what attendant says. Dont buy things unless you're will to have the cops called for asking for a refund.
Horrible slow service..... why would a convenient store need a "ring bell for service " ??? The cashier stood there looking at me while she kept taking inventory and never once said a word....2 min later I rang the bell for her to rudely say I'll be right there then another 2 min went by before another woman came out from the back..and she was rude also...I'm a local who lives 2 miles away... if they treat me like this beware if you're not from here...ill be going to Turkey hill from now on and advise you all to also...
Stopped once will never do it again. Idk who was there but they were nasty and rude. If I could give no stars I would. Their breakfast sandwich I had was disgusting I prefer 248 over this place any day but they are closed on tuesdays. The floors were a total mess I didn’t even want to go in.
It’s an ok place, personally I only go here when I need to quickly get something specific, I’ve never gotten gas here
