I have been going here for nearly a year. Each time I have gone the owner has done my nails. Absolutely love him. However this past time I went I had called previously for an appointment and asked specifically if he had any openings and he told me after 1 o’clock so we made the appointment for 130. He had a young Indian woman do my nails. She took off the acrylic from my nails as requested however she chipped six out of my 10 nails. I brought this to the attention of the owner and he placed glue on them. Within three days each one of those chips turned into a crack and now my nails look like I bit them off. I’m so upset to have the shortest nails I’ve ever had in my life and to have paid $45 for such. Don’t … I repeat …don’t let her do your nails. You will be sorry. OWNER calls COPS without knowing the details!!! DISGUSTING & RUDE SALON 1. Racial discrimination: Owner & staff laugh on customers when they don’t understand what customers want. 2. Mental Harassment: they kept my mother waiting and talk to her rudely with attitude in front of all customers 3. Lack of clarity before booking service: He didn’t ask us on call services we needed. He called us to the salon & left in between without finishing. 4. Attitude: The owner pointed a finger at me” I refuse the service” in front of all guests & abused me & my mom mentally. 5. Mocking Staff: The staff humiliated my mother in front of all customers just because we clarified what service we want. We called the cops. The cops cooperated & made the owner apologize. We paid for the half done service . I have been to so many salons, usually they treat you with respect, kindness & humbleness. The experience is to relax & rejuvenate. But we came out mentally harassed, abused I will never recommend this salon to anyone.
I have been coming here for years. Never a bad experience. I always get regular pedicures but yesterday I went for my bridal nails! I did a gel french pedicure & acrylic dip powder manicure. I showed an example of pink & white ombre nails and my nails turned out exactly like the picture. My tech confirmed the length and shape I wanted and he did a great job. My pedicurist was a nice Indian lady and both techs congratulated me on my upcoming wedding! My service has never felt rushed. Both did a great job.Services: Acrylic nails
I’ve been going here on an off for. Few years just because it’s close to my house! Needless to say won’t be going again! The owner charged me full price for the spa pedicure but did not remove my callous when I asked him he said “you don’t need it” I asked a few more times and he refused! Pathetic service and also they have no nail color selection! I’d rather spend my money else where!
It was their closing time and still accommodated me as a new client. They understood what i needed and matched my expectation to the perfection. Price i feel is little high but i loved their work. Will update my review in few days if there is any problem. They are very good and they know what they are doing. Must go place. I will return. Update - for 1st time i felt i feel pain because it was one time issue. But they are really harsh when doing nails. It hurts even after they are done
I have been coming here for 3 months for acrylic fills and they have great customer service. I don’t like making appointments - they always swiftly take me with no issue! Plus they are willing to work with the designs I have in mind. If you pay with cash they have a discount card for $30+ that you can fill up 5x you get a $10 off.
The service at this place is horrible. I went there to get a pedicure done with my daughters and my gel Polish came off the same day. Then I called to have it fixed and they told me to come back. I came back but didn’t want the same lady bc my Polish was horribly done. They told me I have to pay to have someone else fix it. Smh this is completely unacceptable.Service: Pedicure

I’ve been to Friendly Nails salon twice, my first experience was wonderful which is why it’s getting a 2 star. The second experience I had in April has completely ruined my nails. I felt the nail tech cleaning my nails deeper than normal but didn’t question it as he was the professional and does this for a living. The next time I got my nails done at another salon, I noticed that my nails were separated from my nail beds on the nails he cleaned extra deep. It has been 5 months from this experience and my nails are still not recovered. My nail is now infected from all the space that has been separated and I am visiting a doctor later today to treat it. I have NEVER had this issue and I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years now. Attached is a photo from April 23rd, 2.5 weeks after the time I got this bad mani.
