This is my first time at a fuel city store. Never heard till i had to wait for my truckload. I tried the breakfast burrito. So good i didn't even try the salsa. People not overly friendly but I'm not a regular so.... decent food for the price.
Excellent customer service. I broke glass drink and they cleaned up space with smile. When I tried to tip young worker won’t take it and security guard said accident happens don’t worry. Amazing staff.
$8.65 for a big “taco in a bowl” and large, cold, crisp Sprite… so good. Cheese, refried beans, lettuce shreds, shredded cheese, your choice of meats, I chose Pastor spicy pork. Friendly customer service at the drive through. The sprite, was soo good. I’d say “McDonald’s” level quality - that classic crispness, they got that here -
I’ve been a tow truck operator, and then DFW metroplex for the past 10 years…… I frequent a Fuel City on a daily basis and Perla always make sure that I have fresh hot tacos, she always gives me my Fleet receipt for fuel, and gives the best customer service anybody could ever ask for! The entire Fuel City team is amazing ! Especially the Harry Hines location ! Please keep up the great work ! Toby Guerra Jordan Towing
I stop here weekly because of the cleanliness and awesome staff. Sandra is very friendly and always makes sure everything is handled, the tacos are delicious and customer service is great!
I've eaten here several times as a regular for a few years spending alot of money. A few times a week or a day or a month depending on our schedule. Sometimes we take our food home other times we sat over the years at several locations. The food inconsistent and not good to trade the bad customer service. The food is either bland or chewy or greasy or flavorful depending on the day or time of the week. The chicken dry and bland almost always. The daiquiris are disgusting. Taco cabanas are better not a strong cheap taste. We don't complain or ask for a refund. We don't live in Dallas anymore so, we sit sometimes like at the other locations. We don't this as much anymore because of the homeless or drama at times. This after paying for gas or food. We don't just sit and not buy anything! When the food is bad we usually try to dress it up. We never ask for a refund. We stopped eating there because of the customer service and food quality issues. However, we came back periodically to buy fountain drinks or food usually leaving. We aren't the only ones to buy food and sit at any location we've been at. We changed cars to a van and have been using it for awhile. Today, we ordered $13 worth of food and had to feed my baby. We were there for about an hour. Then an employee tells us the manager wants us to leave! I had to feed myself and a young child. Her dad was also eating. I threw out the chips we didn't eat to the birds. Then we prepared leave when an employee told us the manager said we had to leave. We've been locations for minutes up to a few hours. There is not anything posted saying we weren't allowed to sit as paying customers. We JUST TIPPED one cashier being nice the other day. That's how rare it is. Pearla, the other cashier, calls customers the b-word consistently loud on the floor. I also heard her call a customer broke after a card declining. Stay away from here if you value customer service. We won't be back spending hundreds a month for medicore service and food. Taco bell better and you get more food for 7.99 including two tacos; a burrito; a drink; a side! At least if you get attitude the food is decent enough.
Great customer service. Always quick! Fresh and delicious food! I recommend the beef fajita tacos and burritos!
I love it here. This is my favorite Fuel City to visit. The staff is always friendly and overall amazing, you can tell the managers know what they are doing! I don’t understand the hostility or dissatisfaction in these other reviews but personally this place never disappoints!
This by far is the worst fuel fuel city I've been too. Paid double for what I usually get at the other location. Then they give out lemons and these nasty salsas. Fuel city with out avocado salsa and limes is a tragedy. Never again. And i really wanted these tacos
Fuel City on Harry Hines is a customer friendly environment. Sandra always makes you feel welcomed and always gives the best customer service and always have the best food. You want a good place to feel welcomed and get the best service this is the place.
