Friendly's Ice Cream

Great experience and wonderful food. With great service, food, ice cream, and reasonable prices, you really couldn’t ask for more. I have no complaints whatsoever. I would totally recommend this Friendly’s.

Went to get ice cream around 6:30 pm on a Tuesday night. Upon opening the door, the trash can next to the door was overflowing with trash. When inside I noticed food and trash on the floor of the isle you walk down to get to the tables. We ordered a vanilla cone which the cone was stale also a Friend-z with m&m’s and KitKat which the KitKats were also stale. The young woman who served us our take out was very nice and friendly. There were only 2 tables occupied in the entire restaurant area. It does not seem like management cares about this Friendly’s.

They're brownie bit fudge chocolate ice cream sundae is absolutely one of the most delicious ice creams I have had in a long long time. I'm going back for seconds and it hasn't even been one week! Oh no, what is Weight Watchers going to say? Hey it's my birthday week I'm entitled!

I had breakfast. Breakfast during the week is 50% off, so plus 1. My omelette was good, the side taters were cool but not ice cold. The coffee was atrocious. There was a fair amount of staff around, but only one server working the whole place, who didn't have that many tables but it took forever. So, almost a four based on the eggs, but almost a two based on everything else.

It was our first visit to Friendly's and we were pleasantly surprised! We had already eaten and just stopped in for dessert. My Banana Split was outstanding. My son had a hot fudge Sunday and it was good too. I wish we had eaten here too, if the food is as good as the ice cream it would have definitely had 5 stars.

Went for a late dinner last night about 745pm with my family. The restaurant was not very crowded but it took over 45 minutes for our food to arrive, and when it did, it was nearly cold. The manager stood at a table conversing with a couple whose children decided to place most of their food on the floor where customers had to walk to get to the restrooms, never bothering to clean it up. The food is overpriced for the amount you get. Our server was very nice and attentive, and she was the only positive to this visit. I won't be eating at Friendly's again.

We were a group of 9 ladies just wanting coffee and sundays around 7:30. PLACE WAS NOT CROWDED AT ALL!!! Our server seated us , took our coffee orders and proceeded to disappear for 15 minutes until we went to look for her. When the coffee came she then proceeded to tell us that they were out of nearly all of the regular ice cream including Vanilla and coffee because " they had a busy weekend " this was Tuesday evening. I refused to order anything after the coffee, left $2.00 for the coffee and left after I finished it. I will never be back!!!

Nice service and the food is good. The portions on the other are lacking. In reference to their salads you would be better off getting one from a fast food restaurant or from Walmart the salad that's listed on the $5 menu on the back resembles a side salad. When ordering anything on the $5 menu you have to remember that you truly get what you pay for the burger is good but you get maybe a handful of fries. Their ice cream selection is wonderful.

Breakfast is always half price during the week. My oatmeal was good. My husband's breakfast sandwich was good. The coffee , both regular and decaf, was good and hot and kept on coming. Excellent service, friendly staff. Could the food be better? Yes. But the price is right and I left feeling satisfied.

I never write reviews because usually I don’t complain and I don’t like to call out places but This place was a horrible experience. We walked in and the smell and appearance should have been enough to tell us not to stay but we wanted to give it a chance. The waitress was nice enough but the food was awful. I make better food at home. Then at the end my son found hair in his ice cream sundae... I will NEVER go back to this place. Disgusting!!
