The Friends & Foundation of the Camas Library provides financial support for the Camas Public Library, in order to fund library programs, such as adult and children reading groups, the summer reading program, author visits, equipment & materials.
Our mission:
"To build and enhance a partnership between the Camas Public Library and the community to promote literacy and quality library services and programs."
What do the Friends do?
• We conduct used book sales and other fundraisers to generate income for important library programs.
•We purchase unbudgeted items for use by the public.
•We underwrite special library programs for children, teens and adults.
•We serve as community advocates for the library.
•We promote use of the library's services and materials.
We are a tax-exempt 501(C)(3) group, so your tax deductible donations to the Friends and Foundation allow us to continue our mission.
