Friends of Frances are a group of volunteer members who advocate, educate, and raise funds on behalf of the library, patrons, and community.
The main purpose of the Friends of Frances is to assist, maintain, promote and stimulate the use of the library resources and services. Friends will make public aware and encourage gifts and bequests to support the library. The Friends will cooperate with the library in developing library services and facilities in the community
