The Mission of the Friends of the Fort Bragg Library shall consist of the following Purposes and Goals:
A. Purposes -- The purposes of this corporation are
- to maintain an association of persons interested in libraries
- to focus public attention on the library in the City of Fort Bragg
- to stimulate the use of that library's resources and services
- to accept and encourage gifts, endowments and bequests to the benefit of that library
- to support and cooperate with that library in developing library services and facilities, and
- to support the freedom to read.
B. Goals -- to maintain continuous public library service in Fort Bragg through the following:
- Encourage maximum hours of operation.
- Purchase additional Library materials and services.
- Continually reassess space requirements and electronic services.
- Maintain a building fund for expansion or replacing library.
