Friends of the Library is an organization of patrons committed to expanding and enriching the programs of the Oswego Public Library. They support:
- children’s programs and activities such as Story Hours, Summer Reading, Battle of the Books, and others as needed
- lunch hour book review series held weekly each April and October
- books for the adult Reading Circle and for the teen book discussions
- holiday poinsettias to decorate the library
- employee appreciation events such as an annual Holiday Luncheon
- adult programming support as needed
