Friendship is a town in Hot Spring County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 176 at the 2010 census, down from 206 at the 2000 census.GeographyFriendship is located in southern Hot Spring County at, on high ground half a mile north of the Ouachita River. U.S. Route 67 passes through the center of town, leading northeast to Malvern, the county seat, and southwest 10mi to Arkadelphia. Interstate 30 passes just northwest of the town limits, with access from Exit 83.
