Pulling a family out of their cars at gunpoint is unacceptable. When you have qualified immunity and therefore do not need to answer for your mistakes, the only acceptable margin for error from your cops is 0. Your cops could have shot that man or their kids dead and there still would be no accountability. This department is garbage. Prove me wrong- immediately terminate the officer who ran the wrong tags and retrain all officers to double check the work of their colleagues. And do it NOW. Not after she gets a 6 month paid vacation!
They love guns. They love the law. They love rights. And from all this love they almost kill an innocent family driving on the road. Such simpletons fail to understand any of it. And they think they're on the side of righteousness. They even think their god is on their side. Oh god, we're all hopeless.

So I did make contact thats why I an writing a review. So please before sending the auto reply's Frisco Police Dept need to sit and listen to the concerns of the business owners thats help funding them and keeping them on payroll. We NEED ANSWERS now auto reply on why this lovely young lady was beaten in her own shop and you all failed her as Law Enforcement. I am assuming since it was a black on black incident her voice doest count. Sad sad sad day in Frisco Texas We need answers on why my stylist was brutally attacked at her business in front of her customers and children. Only for Frisco Police Department Detectives to tell this BLACK SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS OWNER. That there is NOTHING they can do. What World are we living in. I just saw the god-awful heartbreaking video of an innocent family being pulled over on the North Dallas Tollway for no reason traumatize guns pointing at them why was their plate ran in the first place why was their plate ran in the first place it is absolutely hard living in Texas and being a person of color it's supposed to be innocent until proven guilty but unfortunately it's the other way around if you're a person of color I'm praying for the family I pray they get the counseling they need and I hope they follow civil suit it needs to be done a similar situation happened in Frisco about 12 years ago hey man going into Wells Fargo only to get information on applying for an auto loan but the teller assumed he was robbing the bank Frisco Police took her side traumatize the poor man while his wife a newborn baby wait in the car so heartbreaking
Lousy public statements made for the Arkansas family pulled over at gun point over THEIR own police officers mistake. Y’all are a joke, hope y’all get sued and lose.
They’re only professional and understanding if you’re rich. Otherwise, no one cares about this department. Horrible people, horrible and selfish. They’ll likely escalate a situation just to get a power trip.
I just witnessed the best patriotic thing. Our beautiful American flag was blowing in the middle of the road and Frisco police suv 1814 stopped traffic just to get out and pick up the flag. Well done sir. Thank you.
Frisco Police Department was always helpful when we contact them . Frisco Police Department is so professional always treat us with the utmost respect. I sow some bad comments from people that I really need to move to cities were the Police never helps like SF,LA etc.
Unprofessional. Rude. Disrespectful. Unethical. Plain and simple way to explain their actions and demeanors as a whole. What a disgrace to the public. The officers are not trained well at all and don't know the law, let alone what they are doing. They need better training to be able to know their job duty and interaction with the general public. They treat civilians as the bad guys when they call for help and are incompetent in what qualifies as a reason for an arrest verse needing mediation during a dispute. They are supposed to protect and serve/defend... but they come out with the notion of arresting someone on irrelevant charges, showing how untrained and unprepared they are. It's not always about arresting someone when they call for help. They need to learn to mediate and not let their egos get the best of them, especially law abiding citizens that have always defended them until they see their incompetent actions and now refuse to defend them anymore.
