Me and my wife went to the clinic for the first time because we moved to here from Ohio, and were greeted well at the front office and the team welcomed us. Roxanna and Dr. Phillips are awesome. I wish Dr. Philip and his team all the very best.

I see quite a few good reviews however my experience is the same as the next person. The dentist is too nonchalant for me. The hygienist had to point out a cavity that he missed. Not to mention he stated I did not need braces which any clown could see I do. You may get a minute out of him. This office isn’t for me
Dr. Phillips and his team are THE BEST. Everyone is friendly and thorough. Each and every hygienist cares about what’s going on with me. They take their time to be gentle on you and to explain everything. Front desk ladies are very cool as well. The Dr is the man... he has a very calm demeanor and I’ve always felt comfortable during procedures. Lately I’ve had more appointments than usual, and it actually is enjoyable to come to an extent. Thank you for everything!
I've been going to Dr. Phillips since I was a teen in high school over 10 years. Through fillings, root canals, routine cleaning, Dr. Phillips has been great. The staff is awesome - most, if not all have been there for years which should tell you a lot about their business practice. The staff makes you feel like family and they always ensure that you're making the best decisions for your teeth and financial health. The dental hygienists are extremely knowledgeable and take their time to inform you on self dental care. Everyone genuinely cares about your well being here. There's a reason I've always come back to Dr. Phillips, even through moves to Uptown, Garland and now, Preston Hollow.
I moved to Frisco recently and was in need of a new dentist. I went today to get my annual cleaning and I have to say, Dr. Phillips and his team are customer driven and beyond friendly. The office is kept clean with CDC guidelines in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit weird to use the word “enjoyable” when talking about dental cleaning!. Ginger and Leann at the front a kind and cheerful. Roxanne did my cleaning / X-rays. She was personable and made it a far more pleasant experience than I’ve had at other dentist offices. Dr. Phillips came in and introduced himself, checked out my chart and answered all my questions. Everyone uses your name and you can see the smile in their eyes even though their masks are on. I will be recommending Frisco Dental Care to others for the exceptional experience and top-notch team.

Dr. Phillips and all of his staff are the best. They always make you feel comfortable and listen to your concerns. I’ll admit, I’m a baby when it comes to my teeth. They always offer to adjust to my treatment style to make me feel more comfortable. Thank you for all that you and your team does!
